Everything! Staff, cleanliness and location. Nothing! My stay there was GREAT! Highly recommend this hotel. The staff couldn't do enough very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, major highways and gas station.

It was conveniently located to the interstate highway. Room was unclean and very shabby; poor quality linens; handles missing from the cabinets; drawers on dressing table were constantly falling out. This facility needs lots of work to meet basic cleanliness and adequate furnishing. The outside appearance of the building was good and the lobby was o.k. but the room was very disappointing.

This accommodation is provides easy access to local area. There was construction ongoing, but the disturbance was minimal.

The stove and fridge are a big plus. No pool - small size tv - flat pillows. Easy access on and off the highway. Multiple restaurants available close by with variety of pricing from fast food to steakhouse and in between. Only downfall our first visit was the almost flat pillows - now we bring our own with us.

Bed was comfortable nice lay out of room. Stove fridge. It is convenient to a McDonald's across the street as well as a gas station next to the hotel. Also it was right next to 495. Business people would appreciate that. The room temp was good and the room was a home like atmosphere with a bed, table to work on wireless web and also comfortable room temp. No noises.

The unobtrusive staff and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful desk representatives. Not large number of ammenities, (workout room, pool). I found the rooms to be clean and stocked with utensils that we needed. We had special needs for our children and the staff had no problem accommodating us. Very good location right off the interstate, and the staff was kind, considerate and unobtrusive.

Staff was excellent. The walls/roof seem thin. It sounded like there was an elephant in the room above me pacing around! Stayed in same hotel twice. The room I had this time was not that clean.

Lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. Mattress very uncomfortable, need adjustable shower head (water very slow). Good buy - area was perfect for us because it was near Wrentham Premium Outlets & Salem since we went to do lots of shopping.

Location, suite, friendliness. There are no hairdryers in the rooms and only 1 at desk.

Great location and worth the price. The stairwells were very dirty. This hotel is convenient to major highways and to Boston. The room is equipped with a full kitchen and large bed. Perfect for an overnight on your way to your next destination.

Convenient location. Not meant for short term stay. Wasn't as clean asI would expect, no blowdryer, phone room alarm went off twice- once after I fell asleep around 12:30 at night. Nobody at front desk, had to call emergency services to get it turned off.
