Our King-sized bed 'squeaked'when getting in or out, which made it impossible to get out without waking my wife (or vice-versa). The place was clean, good-sized, and had some nice restaurants around. As to location: it was on our way, so we did not care about attractions in Billings.

Laundry facilities Dirty linens on the bed!!! When notified of the dirty linens on the bed the staff was most helpful in getting new and making up the bed but my confidence was already lost with dirty dishes and used linens.

It was nice having a refrigerator. It was out of the way and dirty. This motel would have been okay if it weren't so dirty. I had to clean some of it before we could stay there. It also was in an inconvenient location.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Good room layout. Walls and top of fridge were dirty. Kitchenette and room was good - the layout and general maintenance seemed OK.

Location was decent. Bed, toilet, internet. The bed was as hard as a rock. Flushing the toilet was enough to wake up the world. The internet wasnot free, like most places. Very uncomfortable for that type of hotel/extended stays. The staff however was very friendly.

Friendly staff interaction. The computer would not give me a print-out. Excellent service, cleanliness. Room of generous size. I would stay here frequently on my trips through billings.

How friendly the staff were. In the kitchen they did’t have non-stick pans (so I burnt the pancakes trying to make breakfast.) Very clean, nice would stay at again.

It had a kitchenette. No housekeeping service. No housekeeping service unless you stay more than a week. you even have to take out your own trash.

The staff .They were very helpful in many ways.And we love the idea of having the option of cooking in our room if we we wanted to. The only thing that could have made our stay better would have been a restaurant on site. Or at least a continental breakfast. The Extended Stay America of Billings,.is a great place to stay,at any time of year. With wonderful people to greet you and help you in any way they possibly can, (recommend a restaurant,giving you directions etc.)The rooms are spacious, clean and just seem like a home away from home. The fact it is all set up for cooking your own meals. What else could one ask for.

Kitchenette and location. We were originally checked in to a room that had not been cleaned - but they quickly made the necessary changes for us. Great location and so convenient having the kitchenette. Nothing fancy and no pool for the kids - but it is right next to a family fun centre with mini golf, swimming and go karts.....can't get much better then that!

Great for long term motel stays. The kitchen was awesome. I would like rooms that have two beds. Great location and perfect for business travelers who are staying several days.

Clean and convenient. The lady who checked me in was very cold, not friendly. I found the hotel clean, but noisy, loud humming noises. It was difficult to locate the hotel and to find access.

It was great having the in-room kitchen. I liked everything about it. Easy on and off the interstate and close to restaurants and shopping. Clean. Great having the kitchen in the hotel room.
