What I did like is that when I needed another night they where fine with it and that they even offered to give me towels right there. I did ask for the room to be cleaned, they said that only happens if you staying more than 4 day I did not like that cause I did have refuse in the room that needed to be picked up so I walked it outside.

Modest. Nothing. Perfect for minimalist business travel.

Our experience here was entirely positive. The area and the room were very clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely accomodating. Our family arrived here from several points, in town for a funeral. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay here. If your business includes a stay in this part of Chicago I would highly recommend staying here.

The ESA was a no frills hotel. Just basics needs. It was ok for one night, but I won't go back. Service desk and not very friendly. Noone there when we check-out at 6:45, so we left key on desk. No wake-up calls. My husband is hard of hearing couldn't hear clock go off. If he was alone????? Not too far from Midway. Not even any plastics cups for drinking water in bathroom. Toliet paper holder broken.

Good facilities, close to stores and transportation. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. The facilities were good as was the location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would have rather had a non smoking room that didn't smell like smoke but didn't bother with requesting one after getting settled.

We had a great experience here. The rooms and premises were very clean, the staff could not have been more accomodating, the cost very reasonable for Chicago. I would recommend this place very highly.

The staff was very nice, friendly and will to assist at all cost at check-in. My room on the other hand had no lights on one side of it and it was very COLD in my room. I guess the clean services figures if they turn the AC on the lowest temp it would make the room comfortable for the guest, no wrong answer. The front desk attendant fixed my lights by flicking the breakers in teh fuse box, not a good sight for the guest. In the future, the hotel manager check every rooms before releasing them to visitors. Making sure the lights are working properly in the rooms along with the temp. inside the room. There are warm and cold blooded people in society and no one wants to wait 30 mins before they can take a shower to start there day.

Good value. Close to airport for our late arrival. Small lobby. Satisfactory for limited stay. I would use hotel for a room to sleep in for a few hours.

The type of room we booked was not available, and had not been available for a long time. Motel was dirty, had trash in the hallways, holes in the bedspread. We had to go elsewhere and spend 40 more because of the late booking.

Very clean, nice room. The lack of free breakfast. But other than that, it's amazing for the money. Great hotel for the money.

Stove and fridge. You have to pay for them to clean your room. I was only able to have one bed which me and my 26 year old daughter had to share (not good). If I wanted my room cleaned on a daily basis I had to pay. If I wanted clean linen or towels I had to take the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange it.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. Each time is better because we are more familiar with the area and the staff is very nice.

Very responsive and helpful staff. Room did not have shampoo or blow dryer (But I did get them when I asked). Very clean and comfortable and quiet hotel with good staff.

I was very impressed! I haven't got receipt yet, but got additional charges! Wonderful! It was in a great location for myself, adult daughter, and her best friend. It was easy to get to the mall, eating, movies, shopping, and Midway airport.

It was near a bus stop. Our room had a very foul smell - food rotting in the carpet.

Good room. Bed was uncomfortable. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and room was clean, with nice amenities for someone with two small kids. Nice rooms with a full size fridge which is important for us. Also has stove sink and cabinets. No pots or pans to cook on which seems kind of silly.

The Location was great. You have to pay and extra $5 a nite to have your room cleaned daily. I would not suggest anyone to visit this hotel.

Hotel room was neat and clean. Kitchen was very useful to us since it had a hot plate, microwave and refridgerator. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Inexpensive, clean, friendly desk. 5 minute walk, then 8-10 minute bus ride to Midway train station.Ccabs expensive from train station to hotel.

Low price, kitchen. Neighborhood.
