The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with smiles. Poor high speed internet connection. The staff at night, was the highlight of this hotel. When I complimented him to the manager, I was told they get lots of great comments about his helpfulness with a great smile. It isn't often that you find people who like their jobs and make sure it shows!

Needed a place for one night. The location is very good for all local activities especially events in and around LSU. The hotel itself was in need of repairs. The veneer was peeling from the table. The TV was tiny, There was no shampoo or hair dryer in the room (but was available at the desk). There is no breakfast or ice machine. Wireless internet is available for * for the entire stay, but the front desk did not give us the code needed to log on. The bed was comfortable and the noise level was low. Oh Yeah, be extra careful in the hallway. There are numerous soft spots and it feels like you might fall through.

Friendly staff, very quiet, didn't hear outside noise or neighbors.

Hotel was in a good safe location, however, cleanliness could have been better. There were little to no amenities (no breakfast or ice machines) available but we got what we needed--a place to sleep and shower!

It was close to the highway and restaurants. The room was stark, moldy and the beds small and uncomfortable. Motel 6 would have been much nicer and half the price.

Convenient location. Dirty, very uncomfortable beds. I realize that this motel was at a good rate. This is the only property that I have not been satisfied with. Stay here was very disappointing. Dirty rooms, dirty lobby, very lousy beds. Would not stay here again.

A good location. A little too basic for my taste. This hotel was in a great location, but didn't expect too much. There was no pool, business center, breakfast, restaurant or anything more basic than a place to sleep.

Excellent location. The beds were like sleeping on rocks. Appearance was nice and staff was mostly friendly.

The location was great. The service was good and the room was not bad.

Good location. Halls were not well lit, the bed was extremely hard. Adequate for the price, great location, plenty of restaurants in the area.

Location, price, staff. Smell. Staff is friendly, location is good, lots of dining choices nearby, there's a strange smell though!

The location was great and it had restaurants/movies nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice and customer oriented.

Room was not checked before we arrived, had to pay extra for 2nd bed, beds were not made, we had to recheck into another room, there was no sound control on TV. They could not replace remote, the next morning the coffee pot did not work, they were to bring another but did not. When the toilet lid was put down, the toilet was dirty, I cleaned before I let my granddaughter use it.

Location. Everything was fine. Nice hotel, great location.

Kitchen. Was not what I was looking for - more for business not leisure or luxury. This is a good hotel for extended stay. Where you would need a kitchen. The bed was extremely too small. I didn't even stay after seeing the room.

Hair all over sink. Cigarette burns on bed spread. No shampoo or cups in bathroom.

Too expensive, lock doors at 11pm. I arrived at the hotel at 11:01 pm due to car problems. Because I had called ahead, they were expecting me and had my room and key ready. I was told that the lobby and doors are closed/locked from 11 pm to 5 am. I think that is ridiculous. Had I not called ahead, I'd have been locked out.

Having a microwave. No swimming pool.

Friendly staff and very clean. Fire alarm went off 3 times on the first night after midnight. Went off after 1 am on second night. The primary purpose for me is to have a clean safe quiet place to rest when I am working on the road. When you are awakened from a deep sleep by a screaming alarm for no apparent explainable reason and no attempt to explain it, it ruins the experience.

It was close to the location of the convention I attended. Missing several items I expect at a hotel - like coffee and filters for the coffee pot provided and there was no alarm clock.
