The hotel was easy to find, which is good. It was a quiet location, again good. The staff was friednly - good. I liked the facilities and will stay there again in October.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, recliner broken, bedvery uncomfortable, paying extra forWiFi & slow connection. Needs a general up fit, rooms have been abused by guests, non-smoking rooms used for smoking. Condition of facility has deteriorated considerably since staying there 5 months ago. Wireless internet is a $5.00 up charge, and the connection is extremely slow.

Asheville is a beautiful place with lots to see and do. This motel had a good location but was lacking in cleanliness. The dishes and silverware stuck in the cabinets and the ceiling in the bathroom was gross. I've had good experiences before with ES, but this wasn't one of them.

The bathroom and kitchen floors were filthy. We had to go get cleaning supplies to clean them ourselves. We did not trust their cleaning staff to get them clean. The plates and other kitchen utensils were dirty. We loved our visit to Ashville, but we will not be staying in an Extended Stay again.

I was very pleased with the staff and the accomodations. I think people need to understand that if your paying under * a night that its not going to be the ritz. Asheville ESA was a great value and I would definately stay there again and recommend. Oh and for those that stay in a hotel during a festival, there are going to be families and kids, get over it.

Convenience of a full kitchen in the room. No problems. Easy access to the hotel, staff was helpful and friendly. Its a nice place for travelers who wants to cook in instead of eating out, perfect for business travelers near all the food places and the Asheville mall shopping etc The Baltimore house is less then 3 miles from the hotel.

I have stayed with ESA prevoously, on a long-term basis (3 months) and they have always provided me with dependable service. This is not a place for a wild time, but a place to count on for a clean, quiet room. Asheville is a great place to visit, but there are no affordable hotels in the downtown area. This is the closest I have been to downtown, and still have an affordable room.My only negative comment was the poor young lady at the counter was clearly flustered with an influx of arrivals, she didn't seem to have any help, and it was 7 pm on a Friday night!

Very clean and convenient with the kitchenette. Very impressed with the quality and cleanliness.

Basic, seemed clean, no smell. Nice long counter in bathroom. Don't recall a recliner or desk, just a table and two chairs. Grossly obnoxious manager at front desk. Could be heard loudly chastising an employee over the phone as we were checking in. Just one of many crude things she did. Complete turnoff. Hotel famous for overbooking and leaving people in a lurch. Beware. In the instance of some of our group, at least they helped them relocate to the Ramada and paid the difference. Still, it meant we were not all together.

Itwas clean, at least. Way too basic. No shampoo, even, without asking. There isn't even an attendant for late check in. I had to phone someone to open the door and get to the front desk. At least the room was clean. I didn't enjoy this experience at all.

Our rooms were very basic and not very clean, although not gross. There was no place to store our trash, and we had to open the windows as the room had a very funny smell. We traveled with family and my sister's room on the first was fine, but the other two rooms had an unpleasant smell and were very run down. This is a basic hotel, for a low price, but I was disappointed by the smell and condition of the room and bathroom.

Poor comfort level - beds hard and uncomfortable. No staff at night to get additional pillows. Locks did not work easily - hard to get in and out of hotel and room. Can't recommend.

Location, no checkout-time nagging. Fees for internet access, unhelpful overnight staff. This hotel is in an excellent location, close to downtown area, several restaurants and interstate access. Overall clean and comfortable, although internet access was difficult to obtain via hotel staff, and access incurs fees.

Friendly helpful staff andclose location to Biltmore Estate. We stopped there for one night just for sleep. Looked for something cheap, safe and clean. All the 3 criteria’s were met, so we were satisfied.

Kitchen and laundry facilities. No coffee in the room! Great for traveling with pets and eating on a budget. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Totally adequate for sleeping, quiet, nice kitchenette in room. Funky smell in lobby, drab uninviting room, no wireless access as far asI could tell.

Inexpensive. Countertops cracked & coming off, lights burned out, cigarette burns on quilt, it was just obvious the room had been abused and not repaired. Also, they should get rid of the recliners and put in chairs and footstools.

It was clean, conveniently located for our purpose, easy entrance/exit & parking. Staff was friendly and courteous. It didn't have a view of all the beautiful foliage. It could have had a couple more pillows. The hotel was clean, including lobby, hallways and the room. Staff was friendly and the location is close to restaurants, downtown and Biltmore Village.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff & excellent value. This efficiency hotel was perfect for our needs. Our trip was for business as well as pleasure and the convenience of having the full kitchen worked out very well for us. The location was central to everything for us and the value was outstanding. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great mountain views. We will definitely stay here again.
