Noisy, no remote for the TV and dirty.

For two of the three days of our visit there was no hot water. The on-site staff member said she was "just a receptionist" and could not do anything but we could talk to the manager when she comes back to work on Monday. Finally we established that the hot water is actually TURNED OFF every night! There was a broken open bag of trash at the foot of the stairs by our room and more garbage in the hallway elsewhere in the motel. There is no room cleaning service unless you are staying more than seven days and even then it is only once per week. I travel on business all over the world at least 25% of my time and this is easily the WORST managed property I have ever stayed in. I will recommend to Travel online that they drop this property from their offerings.

It had a small kitchen. The first room I went to was a complete disaster. This hotel did not know which rooms had been cleaned. When a new bedroom was requested, we waited 20 for the manager to be contacted who had taken a list of available rooms. We were given a smoking room after specifically saying we wanted non-smoking.

Had to be the worst bed I have ever slept in. It was as hard as a rock and every time you moved it made a very loud creaking noise. We had two double beds in the room and they were both the same. One of my daughters finally got up and laid on the floor to sleep. The rest of the stay was ok minus the beds.

Clean room, shower alright. The staff that checked me in was very helpful and gave me complimentary internet and a bottom floor room.

"Urine, public hairs and stains on toilet rim, bowl. Bathroom vent clogged with dust bunnies. Weekly (not daily) housekeeping, and only if you stay a week or more. Very few amenities."

Hotel staff accommodated me.

The people at the front desk were helpful and yet they did not have much to offer. There was not a clock in the room or any accommodations for a wake up call. The lobby was not well marked from the entrance. I was overall disappointed. We were informed of a fire drill and yet it did not happen at the time requested it was at 12:30 am and woke us up in a panic. Our room was not equipped with an alarm clock and the front desk did not do wake up calls. I have stayed at an Extended Stay Hotel before and was so impressed and that is why I chose to stay here.

Conveniently located. Premises rarely cleaned, no maintenance to rooms (stay after stay - same things go unrepairable). Staff come up with bogus surcharges that are mysteriously waived when you ask to have them verified by the home office. The windows are bolted shut in many of the rooms and the heating/AC never works. I have seen toilet seats remain broken for months at a time (the joys of being assigned the same room repeatedly), refrigerators that don't work, box springs remain split open for months, bird droppings built up on stair handrails over long periods of time, dogs locked into rooms barking and howling throughout the night, etc.

Location. Room was not clean, no amenities and only coffee and then only if you went to office. Dirty rooms and food wrappers under bed, bed was like sleeping on a box spring, no housekeeping, no trash service, trash was all around the hotel property and I stayed 2 nights, if you wanted clean towels you had to take dirty and wet ones to the office, only soap and one package coffee in the rooms. I stay in a lot of hotel rooms and I would not stay in this hotel again. I've stayed in business travelers rooms before but with much better rooms and service.

Room cleaning is a win. The fridge is kind of noisy.

The kitchen and the full size refrigerator. The phone didn't work one of the lights were out and the bed was too hard.

Location. A staff member came to my door 15 minutes before check out to remind me of the 11:00 check out. I have never had this happen at a hotel before. I would not stay here again or recommend to friends and family.

Room size is nice, and location is convenient for the Arden Fair area. No shampoo provided in room. Recliner chair was broken. The hotel is functional, not fancy. Rooms are spacious.

It had a kitchenette and we spent very little on eating out. The refrigerator and plumbing were very loud and disturbed our sleep. In general, if I had to stay in a hotel for a longer period of time, I would probably request a room with on the top floor with a quiet refrigerator. The parking spaces are very small. There was bird poop on the handrail for the steps closest to my room. It had been there a very long time.

The hotel's public areas were dirty and not cleaned daiy. Three cars were broken in on the first night of my stay.

Location All rooms had been smoked in. We tried 3 rooms before we found one that only slightly smelled of smoke. All others reaked

Very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen dishes were dirty. Overall, the room was clean and the front office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Inexpensive as far as hotels usually go for, it was a great deal! I will be staying again in the near future.

The kitchen, beds. No shampoo. I stayed for 2 nights and they were both excellent. I will stay there again and recommend it to friends and family in the future.

Room layout. Had a bit of trouble getting into my room. Wrong key issued, some subsequent confusion. Room smelled a bit smoky, too. The rooms are perfectly well-suited for a business traveler who wants the amenities of a studio apartment.
