Rude staff. This hotel automatically charges an extra $20 per day for a 3rd person. If I put in for 3 people when I bid a price, I want that price to cover 3 people. In 7 years of using priceline, I've never had this happen. They were rude & smug about it, too. Please remove them from your list of hotels.

Lack of room service and pool.

Price only but you get what you pay for. Dirty, and no basic amenities. First room we were assigned to was not cleaned, bed unmade, etc. Staff apologized, but not sincere. No basic amenities such as shampoo, air dryer, etc only soap provided. Second room issued was dirty popcorn on floor, dust, and debris on counters, etc.

Friendly 24 hour check-in. The bed was very firm and there was no hair dryer. This is not a luxury hotel by any means but the room was clean, the staff was friendly.

It was very nice and clean, conveniently near the freeway and overall really comfortable rooms. This hotel was very accommodating to your personal needs and makes sure you have everything you need in your room for your comfort. There are full sized refrigerators in the rooms and electric stoves for cooking.

A non-smoking room with smoke smell all the time. The room was totally not clean. I can see crumbs on floor.

Hotel sits right on Highway 210. Heard highway noise all day and night. Do not stay here.

Location was good. Staff was friendly. Hotel was dated, loud, smelled bad. I was very apprehensive about going to this hotel after reading some very negative reviews. It met my expectations for the price. I would not stay there again if I had a choice. Felt like low-income housing.

Convenient, friendly and helpful staff. Freeway noise, no comfortable public sitting area. Well worth the price, excellent friendly staff, nice size room with kitchen. Mobile phone reception was poor in lobby (partner was asleep so needed somewhere else to talk).

Staff. No shampoo, smoking in hotel,TV remote broken. Obviously no one supervises the cleaning staff here.

Low budget andgood neighbor hood. Poor cleanliness andbad mattress.

The location was quiet and plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was too cheap, the tv too small, and everything was built of low quality materials. Sufficient for someone on a budget and not planning to spend much time at the hotel or just interested in a quiet place to get some work done. Lots of quality restaurants in the area, and I walked around the block both mornings to Starbucks. It was the highlight of my stay at the hotel itself.

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The mattress was kind of uncomfortable. Very basic facilities but clean and kept up well. The staff was very helpful. The room was comfortable although it could have used a better mattress. Having a kitchenette was very convenient. Since the hotel was close to many restaurants, it was nice to have a fridge and microwave for leftovers.

Location. Poor beds. Smoking room. No food or dining capability. It's cheap.Embassy Suites is just across the street. My daughter had to sleep on a pallet in the floor. The queen size bed was little better.

Great staff good location and clean. I liked the location and the staff willing to help very good room with stove and a full size fridge. Wewill definitely go back.

The mattress covered by nylon product, make big noise when you turn over, and wake me up. The queen size bed is really small for two people. They only provide housekeeping service once a week. The coffee pot didn't wash with old coffee bag inside with mold on it. The mattress covered by nylon product which made big noise when you turn each time. We both had been wake up many times because of that.

The location. Needs a pool! This was a VERY nice hotel. Since I was staying only one night, I did not get to make full use of the extended stay facilities such as the stove and the plates/cutlery. But I will definitely try to stay here again whenthe needs arise!
