I stayed at this hotel for one night on business and had a terrible time. My room was "non-smoking" but reeked of smoke so bad I got a sore throat. The kitchen was a nice plus, but when you turned on the fan all you could smell was mold. The hotel is newer, but the hotel cleanliness was terrible; there were urine stains all over the toilet and the floor around it was dingy. The bed was hard as a rock as well. It looked great from the outside but the first thing I did on the inside was search the phonebook for a new hotel.

The hotel was a nice place to sleep and stow everything we had on our trip. The attendant and housekeeper were nice. The room was clean, but the decor was mismatched and careless. Not a very crucial aspect, but for a longer stay, a nicer looking room would be preferred.

The hotel is a good value on Packer game weekends, very reasonably priced and it has a full kitchen in each room.

Kitchenette is a nice bonus at this price point. Very small bathroom.

"I paid about $70 after taxes for one night. No breakfast which would have been nice, but for the price it was a bed and the mini kitchen was a nice addition as i was at an expo to sell Tastefully Simple products and the large fridge was great for storing dips etc for the following day! I will probably stay here next year if i can't find anything closer to my venue!"

Rooms are pleasant and spacious and the kitchenette comes in very handy. It would be nice if the hotel were closer to restaurants or shopping.

It was close to Fox River Mall that we love; & it was very close to the good VandeWalle bakery and also close to downtown Appleton. Extended Stay was just a pleasant place to rest and enjoy - we noticed how comfy the mattress was too.

"We stayed five days in Appleton for a family reunion. This is the first time we've stayed at an ESA and will continue to find them on our travels. The grounds are immaculate, the rooms were spacious (having a kitchen was wonderful) and quiet and the staff was tremendously helpful! In passing I told a staff member we were taking a drive north to Door County ... not only did she ask me if I knew how to get there, but printed directions from Mapquest and gave me a Wisconsin travel guide! Superb value for the services received. We will stay there again!"

Extended Stay American is a good option for those looking for quie. The location is a bit off the beaten track so that walking to find other services is not really an option.

The room was clean. The hotel was clean, wasn't noisy, staff was friendly.

We stay at this hotel once a month for 2-3 days. It is like being at home away from home. The staff is excellent and very helpful no matter what the problem from extra pillows to an extra night stay on short notice.

When we first arrived to our room, the room key did not work. We went downstairs to tell the girl who checked us in, but she just gave us a look like we must be stupid for not being able to figure out how to work the key. She finally sent a housekeeper up who tried the keys to now avail. She let us into the room and then went back downstairs to find out the problem. As we suspected, we were given the wrong keys. Not very impressed with the Appleton Extended Stay. We would not recommend it and would never stay there again.

Price of room and cleanliness. Large room size. Too close to noisy freeway. A good, spacious hotel for a night or two. New, clean, and convenient to Oshkosh and the Valley.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean, quiet, and had a great kitchen available for those who were on a long trip. It included everything you could need so that you can save money on food while you are on vacation. It was not very difficult to locate and in proximity to many other things, right off a main road. I will be looking for more of these hotels across the country when I vacation for long periods of time.

Full kitchen. No pool, bar or common area. This hotel is designed for extended stays and I'm sure it works very well for that purpose. Kind of boring for a one or two night stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. There was small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, stove and sink. The bed was relatively comfortable considering it a hotel. This is a suitable alternative for people going to a football game in Green Bay, WI.
