Full-sized refrigerator, large bathroom, and spacious. Key cards stopped working, cigarette burns on comforter.

The price of all the hotels in this area is awful but this place had a great price. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. I will stay here again

Clean, reservation correct, friendly at desk. Hard to find, no signage, no free wifi, too expensive for what it is.

My wife and I spent the weekend in this hotel, and it had to be one of the dirtiest rooms I've ever had to stay in. We would have checked out, but knew the next available room was 25 plus miles away due to a busy weekend in the area. There was crushed chips on the floor, gum in the carpet, even a wad of gum on the headboard! Every cabinet and door handle was sticky, and covered with various food and who knows what. The "Fully Equiped Utensil" drawer consisted of 1 rusty spoon, and 2 can openers, one of which was in pieces. I made the mistake of opening the nightstand drawer and found the entire drawer filled with crumbs, can top rings, and who knows what else. The bathroom had mold in various places, and I won't get into what the toilet looked like, but it hadn't been cleaned at all... It wasn't just our room, the elevator had some litter, (Bar straws, and a plastic lid from a container, etc) when we checked in. It was still there when we left 2 days later, along with 10 plus pieces of gum mushed in the carpet. I did send an online complaint that night to the company web site. Two weeks later the manager of the property called and offered a refund of 1 night, and explained that "There's been a lot of turnover with the housekeeping staff..." and gave her apolgies. I understand problems with help can be a headache, but I believe it is the managers responsibility to keep on top of the staff and property conditions. This was not a sudden downfall, and they will really have to go a long way to bring the property back into acceptable condition.

It was very convenient to have a kitchen with dishes and silverware. Very usable. It was fine. This hotel was great for the money. It was very clean and quiet. I have no complaints.

Great rooms equipped with most of the comfort at home. Receptionist in the day was not there to service some of the patrons. Great hotel very warm, and cozy.

It was close to relatives. It was filthy. I was not happy with the condition of the rooms. They were not clean. We (ourselves)had to change the sheets on the bed, they were dirty. My son's room reeked of cigarette smoke.

The price It smelled of a heavy smoker something terrible The desk hours were supposed to open at 7:00am they never did. Overall it was good

That it was quiet and convient with a good price adding value to the experience. Room cleaning only for 7 or more days stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly the rooms were above average in size and very comfortable and the meet the needs of many ranging from the wedding parties to the everyday bussiness man.

Very Clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Not easy to find, need more signage to locate from road, city needs better street signs, internet should be free! Excellent staff, very helpful and cheerful. Great for the business person, and families alike. Don't be taken back when they charge you for internet usage, the signs don't mention that at all. Not a bad value since the charge is for the duration of you stay, but I feel that it should be free usage. Overall, a great motel, staff and location.

Close to shopping and dining and my destination. Internet, told it was free at check inhad to wait until midnite for password, different each day. Wasn't told that you had to request and get clean towels each day from front desk, front desk closed early and had to get asnwers from message center. Bedding only changed if stayed 7 days or more,I never stayed at an extended stay hotel before this should have been communicated at checkin.

Location. Screwed up room size, does not have anything greater than 1 double in each room. So option for a queen size or 2 doubles. Ended up having to get 2 rooms just to have enough room for the stay. Would highly discourage anyone from staying here unless you are going by yourself and without kids.

Decent accommodations at a resonable price. Location is extremely difficult to find, address is not the actual hotel location. Hotel needs better local directions. The actual room was clean except for stains on the carpet. The major problem was that it took me an hour to find this place. The given address was not the actual location of the hotel and it was extremely difficult to find. When I tried to call I got a voicemail that the office closed at 11pm. So finding the place was stressful as I was tired after driving a long distance and had an early appointment the next day.
