Great Price, clean, Good Location. I was expecting less and got a whole lot more. The wife and Kids were so impressed, they wanted to stay forever!!

Near my customer. A good hotel, somewhat basic but quiet. There are locations to get food within a short drive. Getting out onto the main street is a challenge if one is turning left.

1. They gave us a non-smoking room that wreaked of cigarette smoke. 2. The second room had a strange odor. 3. When we pulled back the covers the sheets and pillows were covered with cat hair. At this establishment you must make sure that you ask for a room that is non-smoking and non-pets. As an asthmatic with an allergy to cat and dog dandruff, their rooms can be deadly. This place proved the saying true--""you get what you pay for."" We stayed her because it was cheaper than the other hotels in the area-- now we know why.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was the worst stay of my entire life, and I have been world traveler for over 50 years.!!! The first morning there I was awakened by a loud banging noise from room 228. My room was 230. Every time they turned the water on or off it produced a loud banging noise. I counted twelve banging noises from 6AM to 8AM. Six of them were shower being used. 6 People in a room??? Each morning I complained to the desk staff and they assured me it would be taken car of ? it wasn?t.!!! The first day of our stay we were made aware that the toilet seat was loose ? it had a bolt missing. My wife wound up on the floor when the seat slid off the toilet. She suffered a back pain all that day.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Uncomfortable bed. Everything about the hotel, except the bed, was great. Unfortunately, the bed was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping in the chair.

ExtendedStay America was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all basic necessities (enough for two people), a table with two chairs and a desk. In order to acess the internet there was a one time fee of $4.99. The location was right in the middle of a shopping area, so there was much to see and do. A shopping mall, retail stores, art/crafts stores, movie theaters and many, many restuarants are located within a few miles of the hotel. Niagara Falls (both American and Canadian), as well as the Casinos and other entertainment that that area has to offer, is only about a twenty minute drive from this hotel. Overall, we had a nice experience at this hotel and would recommend it to friends/family.

Full size refrigerator. Lack of bathroom amenities. Works well for business travel.

Proximity to the Buffalo Airport. Desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very utilitarian, nothing pleasant or remarkable about the room. I would not have liked to stay longer than one night, as the room was fairly bland and unremarkable. There was full sized fridge and a nice little kitchen which would have made a longer stay more pleasant. The staff at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Cheap deal with full kitchen. Room was dirty, hair all over bathroom.

nothing! it was dirty and did not have everthing needed in the room. nasty! pet hair everywhere, left overs from the previous renter. this hotel is disgusting! there was tons of visible pet hair on the bed, recliner, throw pillow and the floor by the bed and window. there was left over pet treats and food in the cabinets from the previous renter. there was inadequate silverware, soap, and comfort items. the counter tops were sticky and the fridge smelled funny.

Friendly staff, ample parking. Old, outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds and musty bathrooms. This was once a very nice property, however, it is badly in need of an update. The bathrooms are showing severe wear and tear with mold, water stains and the such. The beds were thin and uncomfortable and the TVs very small with local channels not working. The kitchenette is nice to have and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is not dirty, it is just old and worn out.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. I didn't like that certain amenities weren't in the hotel room, but then they weren't at the front desk either (blow dryer, etc).

Nothing. Dirty, smelly, outdated. I would never stay in this hotel again. The room was dirty, smelly, dingy and outdated. Probably dirty cause you only get maid service if you stay 7 nights or more and if the room is vacant for awhile they do not clean before the next guest arrives. This should not be a 2 star, it should be 1 star.

It was located where I wanted to be I would have liked breakfast at the hotel It was great for the price and met the needs of overnight stay. We did not stay in the room long so it was clean and roomy, all we needed.

This hotel is pet friendly. Some people may find it smelly if they are sensitive to pets. The hotel staff had done their best to keep the premise clean. However, because it is pet friendly, some people with sensitive noses may find it smelly. Butmy wife and I found it totally acceptable for the money.

Had lightbulb blow out in bathroom, and wasn't fixed. You have to get by with 1 bar of soap and 1 little container of shampoo. Towels would be replaced if you lugged them down to the main desk. No maid service until you check out.

Internet works great! Did have problems getting emails or sending faxes.
