We were only there from about 9pm-9am. Very short stay, just needed a place to rest.

It was clean, near a bus stop and shops. No fitness center, TV could not be turned to an adequate volume. Clean, with a friendly and helpful staff. My ground floor room was quiet. What hatred was that there was some sort of governor on the TV that left me barely able to hear it. The refrigerator in the room meant I could save money by buying food at the market nearby.

I went for a conference and i decided to stay in this hotel, WHAT A MISTAKE! The rooms were filthy, couple of bugs crawling around, and to make it worse the staff was rude. If you made plans to go here, please change your mind, or you will regret going here!

Very unclean. We found pills under the bed, old carrots. I have never had an unclean room, I slept in a sleeping bag on top of the bed.

Great from Priceline. Really need a car here -If no car, then must take bus to Metro. Hotel was what I expected for the price. It was clean and well run. Staff was attentive, knew the area well and friendly. You will need a car to get to the hotel and to get to the Metro. It is about a 15-20 minute car ride to the Metro. A bus does run by the hotel, but at 20 to 30 minutes or more intervals, and the ride is 30 to 40 minutes to the Metro. There is a large shopping center - 5 minute walk - around the corner from the hotel. There are several restaurants and a couple of food stores. You can buy your groceries there to cook in the room.

Nice kitchen but not fully equipped like promised. Filthy bathroom in handicapped room soap stuck to shower seat. We asked at the front desk for someone to please come and clean out our tub. There was a bar of soap stuck to the shower chair. We came back late after sightseeing and the bar of soap was on the tub edge and the seat was not cleaned off. Went to check out the next day and was told the manager would call us and he never did. It has been 4 days.

Plumbing problem after hours. Moved promptly to another room. Originally told rollaway available, turned out not to be true. Very pleasant staff. Has kitchen, but without enough kitchenware to cook anything.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. Hotel room walls were stained. It seemed very low quality. This Extended Stay America Hotel might be okay if it's all you can afford. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. That being said, the hotel is not in a nice location, the walls were stained, the sheets were uncomfortable, they didn't offer any continental breakfast or free WiFi, and the room was cramped. Not a very nice hotel.

The hotel is convenient to the grocery store and etc. The staff was also nice. It did not have any shampoo, conditioner, lotion and dish soap....only bath soap was provided. An extra pillow ready would be nice, too.

I like the kitchen. Had to wait 30 minutes for doors to be opened. While I was waiting my wallet was stolen. I would not stay at this hotel again. I knew that when I arrived after midnight, I would have to dial a number to get a response to get in. I did not know that it would take them 20-30 minutes to respond. No one responded to the first call and I had to call a second time. While I was waiting a man stole my wallet. When the desk clerk let me in and I asked her to call the police, she asked me "Don't you have a cell phone!" She did wait until I went to the car to check for my wallet, but left me there alone until the police came. Bad customer service. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The kitchen. We stayed here for two nights: good beds, plenty of space and a nice kitchen. We liked it very well.
