i was very surprise on the way everything was overall with the stay there. the hotel was great. the staff at the hotel was lovly the room was very spacious.

The requested wakeup call was not received. No complimentary continental breakfast or restaurant.

10/19/08....The reception desk and check in were fine, but while waiting, calls were coming in for TVs broken, someone needed towels and when we got to our room, the TV remote did not work, no batteries. The desk had none and no extra remotes that worked. The elevator was dirty, the room was OK, but small even with a full kitchen. A bare bathroom with only towels, no soap, no hair dryer, shampoo, etc. The water had a strong, terrible clorine taste. No wake up calls were available. We had an early flight the next morning and were glad to be there for only one night. The only nice things I can say is that the receptionist was pleasant and apologetic and the room seemed clean, but we would never stay there again.

The hotel was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. Mold in the shower and burn marks on the counter. Water in the shower came out painfully hard. We were very unhappy with this hotel. Everything in the hotel was dirty including the mold in the shower. The shower head was a tube that forced the water out painfully hard. When we got there we were told the only rooms available were smoking. The hotel room reeked of smoke and if we had not been exhausted from moving I would have found a better hotel.

Walls are paper thin, someone in next room takes a shower ,truly sounds like there in your room, hear TV'S going all night long. This was the noisest hotel I have ever stayed at. Was a long sleepless night. No hair dryer in bathroom, no wake up calls, soap was the only amenity given. Will never stay at another Extended Stay, certainly not worth the money.

Very friendly staff. Does not have an ice machine. Nice and clean establishment, the only thing I do not understand about this chain is the fact that most do not have ice machines. I am told that since their are ice trays in the refrigerators that they are not needed. Many people staying at this types of facilities are there working and 2 trays of ice don't do much for a cooler. I was surprised that at this particular hotel that their was no hair dryer in the room. I don't need one any longer so it was not an inconvenience for me.

Nothing. Everything is bad. Well from staff to room comfort every thing was badI think you should take extended stay of America out from your list I'm booking from last year or so andI always had a problem with this hotel but beside that Priceline is doing great job.

The room has a kitchenette and desks which make it a perfect set-up for business travelers. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is right off 581, near the airport, which is ideal for traveling. The room has a kitchenette and desks, along with a sitting chair. The set-up is great for working on your laptop or lounging in front of the TV. It was a great set-up for us to relax or get work done.

Refrigerator had been turned off and the room key was difficult to operate. The room was clean but the carpet seemed a bit worn. The Showtime guide was from the previous month.

Nice big size room well laid out. Mattress was like stone, worst mattress we've ever slept on. I can't even begin to say how bad it was! If you want a good nights sleep, don't come here. Their beds were the worst I've ever slept on!

convenient to interstate and airport not convenient to restaurants Decent lower mid-scale hotel, clean rooms, full size fridge with ice, pots, pans and dishes for extended stay. This is not a great hotel but it is a good hotel, especially for business travelers who will be staying several days.

Not much. A cigarette on the floor in a nonsmoking room. Inconvenient location, poor quality of room but I did sleep well.

Non-Smoking Rooms smelled like someone had just put their cigarette out in them. Pipes burst before I arrived and no one from any office regional and national could reach the night attendant. I had to pay for another hotel that night and was put up in a better hotel while the problem was fixed. the manager was sweet and tried to make up for the mistake however the stinky rooms made the experience quite unpleasant, I won't be staying with them again.

The service was friendly and accommodating. The bedspread had visible stains on it - they need to use dryer/antistatic sheets - we noticed high static levels as did our parents who also stayed here. Would be very convenient for short/long term stays - had kitchenettes in each room -convenient location to highway - very basic and sensible - don't expect glamorous rooms -service is friendly and accommodating.

N/A No room service, bad location, loud, bad insulation between walls and open stairways. Was very disappointed with the Extended Stay Hotels, the only thing good was the price! Next time spend a little more for a better quality hotel, with all the services a leisure traveler would like! Again very disappointing experience!
