There was a bike rally there that we weren't aware of and noise all night long ...the hotel staff were excellent about it but we could have been told before hand ....we had to move to another hotel and lost our payment on this one :(

The staff and the location was great for visit.

This is an excellent hotel for the moeny. It has good access to most anywhere in and around Phoenix. Even though it is advertised as an Airport hotel, it is away from the airport and very quiet. The room and kitchen areas were very clean and stocked with enough utensils for two people. The bed is firm, but I like it that way. I slept very well. The TV was a little smaller than some hotels but not a problem to see. There wasn't any pool, but I never use them anyway. There was a small Waffle House resturant next door, but otherwise the closest resturant is 2-3 miles down the road. Overall, this was my first time staying in a Extended Stay Hotel and I will probably try another one next time I travel on business.

Everything was fine. I wish that there was driking water in the room.

I like the full size kitchen and the convenient location. This hotel has all the necessary amenities that I need as a business travel looking for an economic place to stay. The location of the hotel is outstanding, and the staff is very attentive.

"It is an Extended Stay facility, so for one-nighters like us some small amenities are missing, e.g. shampoo, which the hotel expects the guests to arrange themselves. (The hotel staff will provide it on the first day by request.) Unfortunately, the closest supermarket is far away... Also, the TV set was the smallest I've seen in a long time. Other than that, no complaints: clean, spacious room in a quiet neighborhood."

The Extended Stay at the Airport is a nice, clean, affordable choice if your traveling. The only negative thing I can say it the bed was too firm. Having the kitchenette in a room allows many choices other than eating out:) I would recommend this hotel to others and stay there again if I'm in the area.

Clean, and fancy looking. The only thing was that we never got our wake up call.

The hotel room was clean and staff was corteous. There was no hair dryer in the room so this was a problem for me. Other than that, it was a good value.

Notice thrash, small bits food and plastic from cigarette in elevator for two straight days. I will definitely stay at extended stay on my next trip to phoenix again location is key for us and the hotel was pretty quiet at nights which I loved. Would recommend to friends and family.

Close to airport. Beds are uncomfortable. We had noisy family next door and reported it to the front desk personel and she said there was nothing she could do about it. We had to take it in our own hands and tell them to calm the kids down.

It is inexpensive, but clean and convenient for business. No swimming pool and shuttle to Phoenix airport.

Attentive staff. Charges for phone calls didn't make show on my card. Went to open room and couldn't open due to wrong keys given me. Phone charges on my credit card thatI didn't make, hotel did remove the charges.

Our rooms were on the 1st floor, easy access. No breakfast or pool-in Phoenix! Messages got transferred to wrong room and didn't get them for 2 hours. One non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast wasn't provided.

Location convenience, large room with kitchen. Beds are very uncomfortable (hard). Extended stay is always a great economy choice. Rooms are large with kitchen & fridge. Not fancy, but clean enough and furnished in a comfortable way. Different locations are very consistent. I recommend it to my friends all the time!

Nothing great. Mattresses were old and hard. It was fine.

Convenient, comfortable. Not as spic'n'span as some. Friendly staff helpful. Efficient room, has everything you need. If you worry about whether or not an alarm clock works, you won't sleep. Possibly a computerized wake-up system would be a help.

It met my economic needs. Location a bit. Nothing further to offer.

The cleanliness and location were great. I liked everything, but I could not find a big enough outdoor trashcan to throw away pizza boxes. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Since we only stayed one night we did not use the kitchen but I liked how the room was set up with different living spaces. We were also upgraded to a king size bed and it was wonderful!
