This chain usually does a pretty good job and this location has been good for me in the past. But a couple of odd incidents this time. Room was not ready when I arrived for check-in; and I was disturbed twice in one hour after settling into room. Check-in overall was painful and slow. Check-out, however, the worst. That next morning, (sunday) the fire-alarm went off at 10 am. False alarm, okay--but they couldn't turn off the shrieking, ear-piercing madness for almost an hour. Repeat: the fire alarm rang for an HOUR; ruining my departure. I will compliment the staff for doing their best, but still. No offer of reimbursement or credit of any kind. Bottom line: I would stay here again, if there was no better option for a comparable price.

After two failed attempts, the hotel was finally able to provide me with a room someone was not already staying in or had just checked out of. The front desk closes early so if you need assistance you are simply out of luck. The room itself had not so clean dishes in the cabinets, there was no ironing board to go with the iron so we had to iron our clothes across the bed, and the toilet got clogged and there was no maintenance to speak of so they provided us with a plunger to unclog it ourselves. The telephone did not have a directory so we couldn't call the front desk from our room. Lastly, with a little muscle you can get into your room. The staff of one at the front desk will tell you to push the key hard into the lock to get into the room.

bad ordor as soon as you open the door to the lobby - no services whatsoever not even a wake up call. front office closed from 11pm to 7am. the soda machine was out of EVERY selection. would not stay here again ever

Price. No airport shuttles. Had to go to adjacent one for service. It was comfortable enough for a one night stay, however, I would not book a longer stay.

The check in was very good, but the hotel room was not very good. THe room smelled, the border on the table was hanging on the side, there was dust on one of the tables. There were no plastic glasses to even drink water.

Good location and parking; quiet room Odor from cigarettes permeated the room No frills. No maid service. Comfortable bed. Room reeked of cigarettes, which I hated, but we didn't spend too much time in room. Good coffee machine in room.

A stike was going on at hotel next door, so more people around, a little hard to find. Because there is cooking someone was frying bacon in the middle of the night and someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night and we were all outside about 2;00 AM. Other wise a nice clean room and good bed.

The staff person was very pleasant. The bed was hard & the pillows were like sheets. It was an OK hotel but I would opt more for the extended stay deluxe. it's more inviting.

This place is totally filthy and we left in the middle of night when one of our party saw 2 cockroaches. The carpets, bedding, room itself (we asked to have it cleaned after finding food, cigarettes, etc) were so vile. The refrigerator was dirty and the windows were broken on their tracks. They did refund our money; that was the best thing about our experience.

The staff was great and very willing to accommodate your needs. Bed was a little hard. This hotel had inexpensive WiFi internet and a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, which was really helpful. There was no breakfast though, which made it inconvenient in the mornings, but you could go shopping and get something to store in the room. Also the hotel had free parking which always rocks and was a short walk from Ruby Tuesdays.

This hotel had a convenient location, about 7 miles outside of downtown Philly, and about 20-25 minutes away from Franklin Mills Mall. The hotel had directions available at the front desk to several different malls, which is thoughtful and helpful. The room was huge! Kitchenette was nice with wood flooring. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Security located on the premises. Several restaurants right in walking distance. Highly recommend staying here. Plan on reserving a room at their Toronto location, when I go to Canada too!

"This hotel was horrible all the way around. We received no house keeping, the room was filthy, the lights on one side of the room did not work and everyone on the staff was a jerk. No shuttle services and the bathroom was disgusting, these people would not even give u clean towels everyday and to top it all of the bedding was literally crust!"

It was clean, had great water pressure. The AC/heating did not work in room. It was a good hotel, great location, friendly staff. Other than the ac/heat everything was fine. Good thing wasn't a hot night.

Itpretty much was what i was looking for. The fire alarm went off and woke me up, it kept running for about 15 minutes. Like Isaid, it meetsmy needs, and served its purpose.
