Every thingI wanted we got. The room was cold. Ienjoyed the stay at the hotel andI would stay there again and again.

Lousy hotel. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. I heard the guy in the next room snoring. There is no front desk to speak of. You have to go into an office to check in. There is no staff on duty between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Only plus is kitchen facilities in the room. But there were dead spiders in our room. Hadn't been cleaned real well.

Liked that there was a refrigerator, stove, and toaster in the room. Close to food and airport. The girl at the front desk gave attitude about the pass code for internet access after it was purchased. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable. My husband and I traveled to Nashville for an event and my family met us there. They had a room at the same location. The odd thing is we paid the same amount for the rooms, but their room was bigger and had 2 beds.

The hotel was less than 5 minutes from the airport and very easy to get to. Having the microwave, refrigerator and stove made it easy to "stay in" and eat if you wanted. The room and linens were clean. Great value for the money and convenience. I will definitely stay here again.

Price and staff. This is not a hotel, but an extended stay. Okay for people traveling alone on a budget. No coffee replacement, no towel replacement (once every 7 days). Wireless internet was not free.

The rooms were adequate in terms of furniture, had a decent kitchen. But the smoke alarm was a major problem.

Location was great. Staff were very friendly. At checkout, I could tell there were many who returned often. We loved it! Our room was very nice. It had a kitchen and everything! The hotel was close to the airport so I can see this would be quite a convenience for business travelers. Our room had a queen size bed and a nice, big chair with ottoman, a dresser and big TV with satellite, show time was included, plus it had a kitchen as I mentioned earlier. This hotel is also close to Opryland.

Location, and fact that there was a microwave and refrigerator. Room was pretty nasty and smoky. Bed had two pillows. Good hotel if you're going to be there for weeks at a time, otherwise not very good. Very loud with lots of traffic from other tennants. Take pillows, scented candles, and blankets.

It was close to the interstate. Little bit of residual cooking smells. The room was clean and well-appointed. I was only staying one night, so I didnt need to use the kitchen facilities, but they seemed quite adequate. For the price, it was an outstanding value.

Girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. No dining near by and no hotel shuttle to the airport. Probably would not stay here again only for the reason of no shuttle to the airport. And really there is only one place to eat even remotely nearby.

Was quiet. Coffee pot did not work. Toilet seat was dirty. When I told front desk upon checkout that pot didn't work, she didn't apologize, just said, "it didn't?". Toilet seat was dirty.

Absolutely not one thing. Loud, bad smell, cigarette smoke in room, bed linens very poor. Extended Stay had too many young college kids roaming the parking lot, felt very unsafe. People upstairs walked all night long, floor creaked above, room smelled like cigarette smoke, and cleanliness was far below adequate. Requested 2 beds and only received one. No coffee for coffee pot. Stepped on a carpet nail where the carpet met the linoleum in the kitchen area. No strip covered it.

Kitchen was convenient, very clean, friendly staff, good location. Couldn't find an ice machine, needed more ice than what was in the freezer. We were very pleased. We felt safe, it was clean, friendly staff. You will like this place. Nothing fancy, but a good value.

Nothing. Room door open, smoke filled, cold. Single when bought double. Awful. Paid 2 doubles got one single. Hotel said well, you got it cheap, we only get a percentage. Room door was standing open when we arrived, room was smoke filled, frigidly cold, and thermostat did not work. Had to wait forever to check in and when complained second time, staff very rude and uncaring. Worst experience ever.

Manager was very helpful and polite. Staff who checked me in was not helpful. The staffer, originally checked me in to a second floor room, even though I requested a first floor handicapped accessible room. The manager, Geneva, interrupted the check-in process and told him to check the computer. There was a room available for me on the first floor. She was very professional in how she handled the situation. He gave me a new information card with the new room number on it, but forgot to write down the internet password. At 11:30 pm, when I returned to my room, I couldn't sign on, and there was no answer at the front desk, even though the information sheet said someone was always available by phone. I finally got the answering service to respond around 1 a.m. The operator said he would call the staff and someone would call me right back. No one ever did.

The refrigerator door in room 331 is inconveniently hinged. No frills, a decent hotel with minor imperfections.

Close to airport and convenient to Opryland. Charged $20 more per night for two-bed room, that is sneaky. Hotel has a convenient location, other than that, nothing that I would recommend. Front desk clerk has an attitude.
