The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was fine in terms of the lighting, comfort of the bed, etc.

Nothing. The entire place. Avoid if at all possible. Poor location, poor facility, poor safety equipment. Not up to a 2-star billing. You get bare bones here, nothing more. Again, avoid if at all possible.

Small kitchen was handy to have. No pool, spa, gym, breakfast andcomputer center. Very poor for the business traveler as there is no computer center & no where to print documents or emails. No pool, spa or Gym if you have the time for them.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, pillows were pieced together. Would never choose to stay again.

Hotel security, the lack of it. I was not pleased with my stay at all. My car was broken into overnight, when I told the desk person, he said sorry and kept on working. No offer for help, can I get you something to clean up with? Do you need assistance finding a replacement window? Nothing! After talking with other guests, this is not the first time that week there had been a problem with break-ins.

Good location. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, no toiletries in room other than soap. The extended Stay America concept is now over 10 years old and this location shows every one of those years. Interior and furnishings are very dated. Location is very convenient to I-465. The beds are very uncomfortable and feel like they are filled with sand.

Very helpful staff,and upon checking in. Room window was hard to close, and lock. Hotel is located in a mix of other hotels and businesses in a business park. Area is very clean. I would stay here again.

I loved the price and location. Iliked free Internet service. This was a clean and quiet place, and convenient to area attractions.

Cheap. Bedwashard, room washot, andstaff wasnot helpful. This hotel had out of date rooms with a bed that was not any softer than the floor. The shower head did not work well. The room key did not work, my family was stranded in the hall for 1/2 hour while I tried to get a new key 2 times she sent me back up with a new key until I finally got a new room with a working key. Room was about 85 degrees when we arrived.

Refrigerator in room. No amenities whatsoever. More like an apartment than a hotel room. No amenities - restaurant, lounge, pool, exercise room. Would be fine for a week stay, but nothing special for a one night stay.

Staff was great. Carpet looked worn. Good for an overnight while on the road, like I did, or for an extended stay where you need some kitchen facilities.

Clean. When we arrived the doors were locked and waited 20 minutes to get in. We were in between flights, late at night. The hotel served the purpose of providing a clean bed and a place to rest for a few hours.

Very conveniently located to the West Side of Indianapolis. The walls were paper thin and the bed was rock hard. For a two star hotel, it was what I expected. As an extended stay, it did not offer a lot of the usual amenities.
