Upon examination, I found the TV did not work. The next morning, I was told that room should not have been rented to me and the TV was unavailable. The lady told me I would get a $20 per night discount for this problem. I am still waiting on that check. When I went to check out, I was told that I couldn't have my refund because I was to only get $20 total for a refund. When the manager confirmed the discount amout with her employee, she called back and said that I was due $40 but that it had to be given in a free stay. I told her this was unsatisfactory so she had to check with her district manager and finally told me she could not issue a refund on the card but would instead send me a money order. Hopefully, I will eventually receive that. So no, the experience was not enjoyable.

Facility appeared to be new, in a nice area of town. No supplies, i.e. dishwashing liquid, paper towels. Mattresses were hard. We stayed here 3 nights. Hotel was in a suburban area, 4 miles from the airport. It was spartan, as these hotels are, but clean, and the staff could not have been kinder. Mattresses were a little hard, but I would overall highly recommend.

Location. refrigerator was set in wall backing to bed and vibrated loudly. Had to unplug to sleep. If it were not for the very noisy refrigerator in my room and the one in the next room keeping me from sleeping it would have been a positive experience.

The amenities. Non-applicable. Clean, comfortable and more bang for your bucks.

Cleanliness, helpful and friendliness of the staff. There was nothing that we did not like. This hotel was everything we needed and wanted to complete our trip. We loved the atmosphere and helpful staff. Everyone was friendly. Everything was clean and neat. It was close to places we needed.

I liked having the kitchen. The beds were hard. The hotel is primarily geared toward those like construction workers who have to be there and stay for a while working. There were lots of working men around and it wasn't really a traveler's atmosphere. That said, though, it was nice for us to have the kitchen area since we stayed several days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a comfortable stay. I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Convenient to interstate and restaurants. Coffee maker not clean-filter still in the pot-no breakfast. Bed was smallest queen we have seen, plain decor not appealing, lack of cleaniness, broken night stand light, no breakfast where as many 2 star economy at least have continential breakfast. We do not want to stay there again.

Clean and affordable room. The iron ruined my shirt with some black gunk, but the hotel was very professional and addressed the problem quickly. I was very impressed at how they handled it.

Location, staff, rooms. Very clean and hospitable; great convenience and location; would surely stay there again with out hesitation.

Location. Small beds and poor front desk service. Check-in procedures took too long, especially since the room was pre-paid. Then the rooms were not the proper number of beds so we had to request a change of rooms and this took another long period of time. This hotel is only appropriate for business travelers. This location also needs to improve on the night staff quality (only the night front desk was inefficient, the morning was fine).

This hotel is a place that is quaint, but comfortable and offers more for the price. I did not like the fact they don't have airport service being within three miles of the airport. This hotel is convenient, comfortable and offers a laid back environment. Even though their is a stove top, refrigerator and microwave this is a no frills place to stay. Nice for long stays or in-between travel due to its location. For the price it is worth the stay.

Friendly staff. TV was rather small. Convenient and had very helpful and courteous front desk at check in.

The provided free internet and local calls. Bed size and comfort. I would not recommend this hotel has being listed for a business traveler or someone traveling with family. I strongly suggest using this property as a last option BC of it's not set to accommodate more than 1 person.

Clean, with kitchen, very kind staff and great location. Hall ways on smoking levels. I have stayed at this particular hotel more than 10 times. I am from Greenville sc and have put my children up there, stayed while my home was being painted, and have recently referred my parents for a 1 week stay at the end of September until October. 2. Love it!

Location to the interstate, great restaurants, and airport. The bed was rock hard, no hairdryer in room. I would stay here again. I was really impressed with the location of the hotel to anything a traveler would need. I will probably bring my own pillows next time, too.

Kitchen amenities, elevator. Heating and air system did not work. Had to try to open window and it was very difficult. Got some refund for the room. Would have stayed another two nights but was able to get a better deal closer to downtown with an HVAC system that worked. Other than that the stay was pleasant enough.

The hotel was quiet and the desk clerk was thoughtful and accommodating. Not applicable. I really liked the location for several reasons. It was close to about every restaurant you would want and a grocery store. The proximity to the airport was the greatest.
