The price was right and the hotel convenient to the highway. The AC/heater was very quiet. I would stay there again.

Had fridge, stove and microwave.

The staff at AES was very pleasant and helpful, my only dissapointment was there was no pool or jacuzzi to relax after a long drive...
Date of Stay:
February, 2009
The associate was prompt. It looked like a rundown motel We stayed at this hotel for a night on our trip to Grand Canyon. The area of the hotel didn't seem very safe and the setup of the rooms made it feel like more of a rundown motel than a 2-star hotel. The rooms inside were a bit better than what the outside made it appear.
Date of Stay:
October, 2008
The room had a two queen beds, a kitchenette and a work room...the only workroom that was in there was the bathroom.

It had everything that was needed for my short stay. There needed to be more access to the upper floors. For a one star hotel, this property exceeds the one start hotel standards. Its just well taken care of.

My stay waas very pleasant. If we every come back I'll be staying at the same place. Keep up the good work!

Rooms were nice and clean. Night audit clerk was not friendly or helpful. The overall nice thing about the hotel was the rooms. I would not stay there again. One thing I would like to comment on, is the fact that you had to pay extra for internet service.

The staff was efficient and friendly. The hotel provided minimal services but was also clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable. The room served my needs - a place to sleep before catching a plane the next day.

The price. Dead roaches on floor, too cramped. Bed not comfortable. Better than sleeping in the car. I'd rather not return.

The hotel do not clean their rooms on a daily baases. The guest have to pay extra to have their linens changed ($5 to $10 depending on lenght of stay)and to have someone come clean the room. They were roaches in the bathroom. The neiborghood was not the safest, there were security guards in most stores after 5:00pm. The check-in clerk did not have any suggestions on where to go for dinning or sight seeing - not very helpful. One night we actually stood somewhere else because this place was so disgusting, I will never stay here again.

People hanging around the parking lot. beds are hard and room smelled of cigarates when i asked for no-smoking. luckily my saftey latch was on or a man would have entered my room. he said he was doing a room check. at 10 p.m?

Clean, compact with everything you would need for an extended stay (pun intended). Wireless access available but a computer for those who don't have a laptop would be nice. Very close to the airport. Good for a quick overnight when flying into or out of Albuquerque.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
It had a refrigerator, microwave and stove. The room was rather small. It was exactly what I needed for an overnight.

Nice and clean, reasonably large bathroom A bit load in the evening - other guests

Cheap, clean, great location. Needs bigger beds. Cheap, clean, great location.

Its proximity to the airport This hotel was a very pleasant place to stay to end our trip to the South-West. Simple services, well-lit parking lot, pleasant balconies all across the front, east access to the airport... everything we needed.
Date of Stay:
July, 2008
It's the price! Room phones didn't work. First set of keys didn't work. No free WiFi and double beds are chinchy. It's one step above Motel 6, but barely. WiFi is free to provide after a very modest capital investment - charging per stay is chinchy. Only place I stay that hasn't realized the incremental cost of upgrading to queen size beds over the cost of double beds is about $10 a night. Double beds run returning customers off. Margins are important.

location noisy This is currently a residence hotel and was quite noisy until well after midnight

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. No restaurant nearby. The room was adequate, but the staff was knowledgeable and friendly,
