This was an excellent stay. The cable was on and off, thus the only real problem.

This hotel is miles from the airport. No shuttle. No cabs. Hotel staff was not willing to help. Nearly missed an early flight out because there is no ride to the airport! It's a 15 cab ride each way to the airport. No nearby/-on-propery restaurants, so must order in from the phone book. Bad location, poor service. Use the extra 30 of cab fare and stay somewhere else.

The Extended stay staff were all very nice, and easy to deal with. Check in was great; about three minutes max. Also, when it was time to check out, they gave me two extra hours w/o pause, as I was moving from a long bicycle ride, to visiting parents at cemetary, to grandson's birthdat party. Overall, I was very content, and will plan on staying there again , for my subsequent visits (several times each year.) Prior to this stay, I have always stayed at a certain colorewd roof motel. While it was also nice and friendly, the Extended Stay has won me over.

Broken window in room. Noisy guests. Unruly guests. Although staff was polite & helpful, nothing else at all was good. Would not recommend to anyone. Will not go back at any price. Have stayed at many other Extended Stays in other areas of the country. Without a doubt this was the worst.

i enjoyed the quiet calm even though thayour near the air port the houskeeper on duty directed my wife to the lobby to get her own damn towels! i was pleased with the front desk clerk and most of the staff,however i didnt report any problems. We travel alot with Charter Comm. and hope to visit St. Louis Mo again. One attendant doesnt hide the fact that we always want agreat nights restpriceline. JORHEINESS FRYE* THE WIFEE!!!

The lack of cleanliness of the hotel rooms. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were given the wrong room key and ended up having a laundry person key us into the room, only to find women's cargo pants in the bathroom. We were given a new room the next morning and the kitchenette trash had not been taken out. Our last night, we couldn't get into the hotel from any door. A different laundry person told us that others had problems with it too. The manager gave only excuses and we saw no results while there. Complaining to corporate to get something done. Do not stay here!

Had a full kitchen; 6 minutes from Mills Mall, 20 minutes from Forest Park. Maybe not in the safest area. This was the best hotel for this price! Only a short drive to the Mills Mall. Only about 20 minutes from the Zoo/Museums in Forest Park. There is a full sized fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and dishes. No perks. No close restaurant. Great for those people who travel on a budget.

The staff was friendly. Dirty bathroom & dishes. Floor, dirty rag in the drawer. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for families. I was so paranoid about my 1 1/2 year old son touching anything because everything seemed dirty. I wouldn't even let him enter the bathroom. There was personal body hair on the floor, toilet, & bathtub. The floor didn't seem swept very well either. We will never stay at an ESA ever again!

It was in a convenient location. Smell of mildew outside room. I could tell this was a nice hotel. I could also tell that there were some improvements to be made with the carpet shampooing staff because of the mildew odor in the hotel.

Hotel was in good location and worth to money. 1hour waiting time while check-in and about half hour waiting just to checkout. Hotel's location is good for leisure travelers. Worth the money. Good room and friendly staff.
