The room was clean. I liked the fact that there was a kitchen area where I could prepare meals. The location was great. We were there for a workshop in Jonesboro and the hotel was only a hop, skip, and a jump from the workshop location.

Very clean, room to stretch out and kitchenette was great. Hotel was clean, well maintained property with easy access to I-75.

We had to change the sheets on our own, there were dirty sheets, dishes and bath tub when we arrived. They did not place us in another room. This is the worst experienceI have had in a hotel.

This hotel has kitchenette and utensils, good for extended stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Maid comes in only once a week.

I felt very safe and it was in a very good location to downtown. Could have been better room cleaning and better ammonites such as dish liquid. Over all the hotel was a good place to rest your head without any worries, very safe no matter what time you come in. The staff a bit to relax didn't go out the way to assist you. The room a bit dusty, but the price was good. Would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that there was not pool or gym. The room was nice enough, thought the bedspread was ugly, also I didn't know we had to keep our own room clean, staff did not mention it. The location was good. But this is the first hotel I have stayed at and there was no pool.

Located near food establishments and some entertainment. Had a problem with certain areas of cleanliness of the room. Management was notified, followed up, and is supposed to coupons for free nights. The room size is quite adequate. Was surprised I had to pay for wireless internet access when almost every other place in town is free. Odd set up for late check ins using some kind of automated lock box. Was not set up for me even after I had called hours earlier detailing my planned late arrival. No free shampoo in the rooms, and other typical amenities. Nicely stocked little kitchen with glasses and plates and cooking equipment. Ice tray was full in the freezer. Nice, well lit parking.

Clean, comfortable room. Good location. Limited services. No Ice machine, front desk closes at 11pm. This is an extended stay hotel and has very limited services. No Ice machine, no shampoo, the front desk closes at 11pm. If you need extra towels you have to go get them. However, the rooms were clean and large. Every room has a kitchenette. The staff was friendly. Overall, an adequate hotel for the price.

Location, price. Toilet was overflowed, dirty room, no maintenance staff, dog barking next door. But my experience at the hotel was less than a two star experience. During our stay my three year old son used the toilet, only to have it overflow onto the floor. Luckily for us we turned off the water to the toilet and stopped the mess before it got out of the bathroom. We called for help but there is no maintenance on staff for the weekend. There wasn't even someone at the front desk to assist. Some lady showed up at our door with three towels and a trash bag and handed it to us. She said that she could not enter the room, so we had to clean up the mess. The person in the next room had a huge dog that barked very loudly, waking us up in the morning and disrupting my three year old's naps. Went to take a shower and found hair on the walls, I would have thought that the shower would have been one of the few things they made a point to clean, but I guess not. I would not return to this hotel if I had to.

The convenience of having a kitchenette and restaurants nearby. Only 1 bed for 2 adults and a 10 month old baby, plus roaches everywhere. No one to meet me when I checked in, she was smoking outside when I drove up and I had to ask someone who was working. Then I asked for 2 extra pillows, got it later that evening but it was only 1 pillow. No one at the front desk again when I wanted to ask for directions. Had to use my cell phone to call the hotel while standing at the front desk since no one was around to ask for help.

Location. It was very outdated, rooms very dirty, phone broken. We were extremely disappointed in this hotel. The room was very dirty, the decor/bedding/furniture are all very old and very worn. The amenities are non-existent! Our telephone was broken and they didn't replace it the entire time we were there. The staff was friendly, but didn't do much to fulfill any requests we had. I would never stay at an Extended Stay hotel ever again and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Spacious with mini kithcen. The bed was not comfortable. This hotel was easy to find being it was close to the intersate highway. The staff was friendly. They let us check in via the phone. Room was spacious and had a full mini kitchen available. The hotel was clean and the parking lot was well lit. The only problem I had, was that the bed was hard.

Large rooms. Lobby is tiny. I arrived very late. The hotel uses a very old key system, that I could not get to work. The front desk assistant had to open the room door for me. Other than that, the rooms are very large and provide everything needed for an extended stay. The rooms are very clean. The common areas are virtually non-existent in this hotel and the lobby is tiny.

Nice lobby andnice location. I was driving from Florida to Michigan with my daughter and needed an inexpensive, clean place to take a shower and get some sleep it served its purpose, but the hotel needs to check the comforters a little better because that was nasty.

Easy check out. There were 4 of us, and needed 2 beds. We were only there for a very short time, soI did not get to see much else but our room, which was clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have coffee in room.

I loved the hotel, it was very nice and clean and the staff was great! I would recommend this hotel to friends, family and business associates. It was really nice for the priceand the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help.
