The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was no soap or shampoo or even coffee for the coffee pot. I guess it's ok for the money, as long as you don't mind bare basics.

Near restaurants. Not near West Point. It was not worth price paid. No pool, no in-house restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending Parents and Family Weekend at a nearby college. Check-in was quick and easy; front desk personnel was very friendly. Although the accomodations were not especially luxurious, our room was spatious, clean and comfortable. I believe the facility was built fairly recently; carpets and surfaces appeared new. There were other hotel accomodations being built in the area, and other nearby accomodations that appeared new. There was a Wal-Mart adjacent to the hotel and many restaurant choices a short drive away. Our room included a full kitchen, which we did not utilize except for the in-room coffee-maker. There was free coffee available in the lobby, as well. There was no hairdryer in the room, but a call to the front desk enabled us to borrow one with no problem. Since we were staying only two nights, maid service was not included. This was not a problem for us. Overall, based on the low price to stay here, I would definitely consider staying here again.

I had several issues with my stay here. The room was not all that clean. when we arrived the room was made up but the bathroom was not cleaned, there were used soaps in the shower and sink. We were also told that there was a pool, however when we arrived we were told that you get a voucher to a local gym about a mile down the street. there was also an unusual individual sitting in the lobby, he was there when we arrived at 3pm and there in the same spot when we went to dinner, still there when we came back at about 10pm and there when we left at 0700 (still in the same spot and same clothes) for breakfast. We returned to check out at 1000 am and yep... he was still there... kinda creepy... Other than that the beds were comfortable, and the room was inexpensive... so....

Front desk staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful.

It's appearance. The sheets had not been changed from the previous people. The front desk staff was excellent. The hotel was very attractive. Unfortunately, my entire stay was colored by the fact that the sheets hadn't been changed from the previous occupants. I realized this after I had been lying in bed reading for a while. When I looked up from my book I looked down at the sheets and there was black hair that wasn't mine. Then I thought, maybe it was a stray piece left from the dryer and looked further. There was black hair throughout the entire sheet. It appeared to be dog hair. I will never return and will tell anyone who asks to stay away.

I liked the kitchen amenities and the sloped-back bathtub. TheTV remote did not work very well. The hotel was clean.

Convenient. Elimination of guest passes to health club.

Ease of access to household appliances. I had the option of dining out or making my own meal. Doesn't have a front desk clerk 24hrs on duty. The flexible convenience for business travelers as well for family. Close to area shopping.

In room stove and full refrigerator. Torn and dirty sheets and no shampoo in the room.

Windows can be opened fully for a fresh air and never AC! Kitchen! TV is useless, do not watch TV, which is loaded with absolute garbage, especially CNN. TV is a poison loaded with absolute garbage. Read a book! It shouldn't be in rooms. TV was a luxury 30-40 years ago.

Close to main roads. Looked kind of run down. Went to desk for conditioner and blow dryer. Pool in health club at another location. Bad aroma in lobby. Bathroom floor was very slippery. I actually took a bad fall, and had the bath mat on the floor, too. We were working all day and looking forward to relax and swim, but we would have to drive to the pool. Some staff was not in uniform, and property not nearly as well kept as the nearby hotels. Even though it was new, it looked run down compared to the other hotels in the area.

Efficiency suite. Did not have a pool. Economical efficiency suite. Clean and spacious room.

Rooms were clean and functional studios- perfect for us. This is an extended stay hotel so no daily room service and front desk is closed after 11 pm. But the place is clean, rooms have nice kitchenettes and there is an ample laundry room. Location is good near a walmart, several restaurants and major highways. Internet is $5/day. We would stay again.

Quiet location. Clean room. This hotel is conveniently located a short distance from I-84. The room was clean and serviceable, and it included a small kitchen.

The price was great. Do not fix the bed unless you are there for 6 days. Do not have enough people at the front desk. Front desk has to make sure that the maids do their jobs. You have to wash your own dishes and get the detergent from the front desk. They do not have continental breakfast. They only have coffee and that is cold.
Date of Stay:

For the short stay it was adequate. I like the option of having a kitchenette and full fridge to use.

The full refrigerator. The smell. It smelled like smoke throughout the whole hotel and when it rained the cable went out. The beds were hard and the best room they had to offer had 2 queen beds.
