the rooms where lovely but the thing that i didnt like was when i walked in the clerk seemed to be busy so i waited till she acknowledge, once she acknowledge me she said "how may i help" which gave me the impression that she was finish what she was doing and now ready to assist me. i provided her with my name and tell her im here to check in she then tells me that she is busy counting the drawer and that she would be with me in a few with a slight attitude i say no problem finish what you are doing once she notice that i seemed friendly her whole attutide change and she aplogized and made a comment such as you know how some people are in a big rush. now from first glance at me im a young black female who dresses like a male and i appear to be some what of a thug until i open my mouth and speak. now you may not be able to tell by the response to this survey i am just being lazy right now and dont feel like being proper, but i feel like she prejudge me and what she said was out of line if she was not ready to assist me she should have said "it will be just a few mintues" or something along those lines of give me a sec im busy and i would have said no biggie and waited for her services. other then that the hotel room was lovely i enjoyed my stay and even though the customer service was not up to par i will use there hotel again and recommend people of them. just will let them know that there customer service is shakey

Not a lot of traffic at night going by. Many things. If you want comfort, this is not the place. If you want your sheets changed, this is not the place. If you want nice bedding (sheets), this is not the place. If you want comfortable pillows, this is not the place. If you want a good night's sleep, this is not the place (heard guy in room next to me). Do not stay here.

I liked having a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was small and hard. This hotel was good. The staff was extremely helpful and gave some good suggestions for dinner. The room was clean and included a kitchenette. Some complaints were that the bed was small and hard with thin sheets. Also, the shower was small (no tub) but the water was hot. And there was not much room by the sink for toiletries. There was wi-fi available but for a fee.

Location was convenient. Staff was coureous. There are no dining facilities. My stay was very short and this fit the bill.

I liked the kitchenette. The beds do not fit 2 people. Very uncomfortable. Overall it was good, my back is killing me but it was good.

The staff was very nice, but the room was bare bones. The shower did not have a good flow and there was no hair dryer. There was no restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and none nearby either.

The kitchenette was great. The choice of saving by cooking my own food is nice. An iron, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, silverware and bars of soap. But, no shampoo? Strange! A few miles away from I275. From 10 to 20 minutes away from Kings Island depending on traffic. Gas station right next door. Incredibly friendly staff! Location was not super convenient. But, I'm fine with that because of the great service and price.

I liked having the kitchenette to make breakfast the next morning. I would have preferred that it had a pool. This is a nice hotel overall, great for long term guests who need a kitchen area to cook with, in every room. The room size is adequate and they offer cable movie channels. Overall a good experience.

The front desk agent was very pleasant. He was very prompt with correcting my phone connection problem. The bed was hard. I loved everything besides the bed.

It was relatively easy to find. There was no shelf in the bathroom; the utensils and cooking supplies in the kitchen were completely unusable. This hotel is relatively functional for business travel, but there is no chance that you will forget you are in a hotel. If you want to ensure that you will be homesick while traveling, stay at this hotel.

The desk clerk was helpful. Bed was small and not comfy. I have had some dreadful experiences. This was the best of the 4. Generally, they are not handicapped accessible, unclean, cheap furnishings and no benefits to staying there. Hate them.

They gave us extra blanket/pillows we had to sleep on the floor because the bed was awful. It stunk. The bed was horrible. The hotel was horrible, smelly to the point of stinking. The bed was like sleeping on a pile of rocks. The floor was more comfortable. Will never stay in one of extended stay hotels again.

Room and Hotel public spaces very clean/up to date. The shower stall was too small. The room was smaller than an average hotel room, but was clean and spotless, as was all the public spaces. The only negative was that the shower stall was too small, even though the rest of the bathroom had plenty of room.

We had problems which began before we checked in. The mattresses were hard, staff was not helpful, repeatedly asked to speak to manager who was not there and was not called. Finally had to call headquarters to try and resolve issues.

Clean room at a great price. The room was clean, and check-in and check-out were easy. Staff members were friendly. A full kitchen is provided. Wifi is extra. The hotel is about a mile off I-75.
