The bar on the roof is great. Good food and staff.

I stayed at this hotel, and after 30 hour flight from the USA, there was no hot water. I went to bed assuming that in the morning there would be hot water. There was still only cold water the next morning. I complained to the front desk and went to breakfast. When I returned to the room, the entire bathroom was covered in water and muddy footprints. I called the front desk, and they informed me that maintainance assured them that there was hot water. I invited them to come and show me, they declined. When I checked out, I complained and requested a discount. The manager laughed and said there would be no discount possible.The view from the room was a workers camp and wash area at a construction site.Buyer beware, if you like ice-cold showers after round-the-world flights, I reccomend this overpriced hotel. I am extremely dissapointed with the hotel, the staff and the treatment I received from Holiday Inn Express.

The Express Holiday in Dubai Internet City was a great for the price. I was looking for something in a good neighborhood but affordable, which is not easy to find in Dubai, but this was the exception. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was well kept, and the breakfast was pretty good. This is a perfect stay for someone who will be out of the hotel all day but would like a nice place to rest for the night as the rooms are not too big.
