Shuttle service to train station and breakfast. No restaurant.

This hotel had pluses and minuses. On the plus side the price was right and the room were comfortable, American Standard, On tthe minus side it was very far from the historic center. The shuttle service was not working and we ended paying more for taxi that we planned on. To their credit they pick up the tap for the taxi to the metro. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was very good. All in all, next time, I will go somewhere else because of the distance to the historic center.

Close to shopping/groceries center. Air con not functioning. Hotel is only for a short stay. Nice and quiet place. Recommended for a honeymooner's service such as shuttle is good and on time. Staff are nice and friendly. Hotel needs for expansion due to amenities such as laundry place.

Myself and my two best friends stayed here for a week, and we probably experienced everything you could here...one of us managed to trip the circuit for our room and there was a bit of a language barrier communicating this, but it was resolved quickly, there was a bit of problem with toilet paper in the middle, but it too was straightened out. The shower drained very slowly, but it never flooded, just made you think it would. Our first night out, we did get stuck...having never been to Rome and not knowing the way around or the public transportation hours was the main cause...our taxi rade from Termini to he hotel though was only 18 euro, not bad for three people. Shuttle from the hotel to the airport was cheap as well, only 15 euro each...you do get the feeling of being cut off from everything, though. And we always had to be on our toes to make sure we didn't get stuck in the city past the time for the last shuttle from the subway to the hotel (last one picks up at the subway at 10pm). It was nice having the supermarket next door, but our room did not have a microwave or fridge, so you could only get non-perishables, but the vending machine in the lobby was well stocked and good for grabbing a sandwich or some candy for the midnight munchies. Staff was very pleasant and most spoke enough English to communicate, which is more than I expected. They took care of booking our Naples/Pompeii tour as well as our return shuttle to the airport. All in all, while I''d have liked something closer to the city center, this was a great deal booked through online travel website, and I'd stay again.

Room prices and proximity to Rome. No shuttle bus. This hotel was fine. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Parking was not safe in front of the hotel, but there was a gated section in the rear at no charge. There was no shuttle provided to nearby train station.

This hotel is modern, clean, with spacious rooms. The walk-in shower had a grab bar.The breakfast was nice. Located far outside of town. Taxis to town ran 20 Euros, to the airport 65 Euros. There is a shuttle to public transportation, a supermarket across the street, neighborhood shops a few blocks away. Otherwise it's in the middle of nowhere. You can order take out Pizza for dinner but that's it. Don't stay here unless you can use the shuttle, don't mind being way out, or can spend money on taxis. Staff speaks just enough English for basic communication.

Clean, neat and friendly employees. The location was a so-so suburb of Rome. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel with convenient transportation to the closest metro station. The employees were very helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and seemed rather new. A large supermarket just besides it was very convenient as the hotel does not have lunch or dinner menus. The location however was not. Family oriented but if you want a modern, reasonable-priced hotel in Rome (even though it is not close to the center); you can't beat the express by holiday-inn Rome-east.

I have stayed in Rome a number of times. Downtown in the thick of things (great if you are in your 20's) very noisey- in local independent hotels, small, no breakfast to speak of, and not much English. This place is out there..but it not so bad. The metro/train is fast and cheap, and the hotel shuttel runs every 30 min. to the train station. If you get back late, jump on the bus and pull the cord when you get close to the hotel (you can see it from a long way off) then you will have a 3 minute walk to the hotel. The stop after the hotel will reward you with a 10 minute walk through a not so great area. I snagged a deal for this hotel and got it for * a night- which is great for Rome. It is clean, Fantastic breakfast that will keep you going until those late Roman lunches! and a great nights sleep with AC. The pool was empty when I was there (just breeding mosquitoes) The staff was friendly, but did not speak much English, and the fare to the airport was about * Euros. On sheer comfort and ease of getting around, I would stay there again.

Bright, clean with friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Location. The shuttle to the subway was helpful. It was a hassle to get dinner. Pleasant hotel outside the city center easily accessible thanks to hotel shuttle to subway though not to local restaurants. Clean and bright rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast to start the day.

This hotel is located far from the airport, about 45min taxi ride, in a bad part of town. The rooms are modern and clean and the bathroom even had a 110v outlet that I used to charge batteries. The staff was pleasant and the shuttle to the metro was convenient. Do not stay here if you want to be in the center of everything, but if you just want a clean place to rest after sightseeing all day then this is a good choice.

The willingness of the staff members to assist and the courtesy shuttle/breakfast. Uncleanliness of surrounding streets. It was unfortunate initially that I was required to obtain another hotel room aside from my reserved one because of the rules of how many people were allowed to stay in each room; however, it really was in our best interest. We enjoyed our experience here greatly and would definitely stay there again if ever there in the future. Wishing you the best as you complete your remodeling of the interior lobby and exterior landscaping. GOD Bless!

"This is a newer hotel on the outskirts of Rome. To get downtown you can use the hotel's free shuttle to the Metro station. The shuttle operates every 30-minutes, but, in mid afternoon does not operate at all. Also the last shuttle leaves the station at 10:00 pm promptly, so you have to plan your return carefully. You can use a city bus from the Metro station to the hotel if you miss the shuttle, but at night the city bus stop is in the middle of a red light district. The hotel had a great free breakfast, nice staff, large rooms with large bathrooms I would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great with a huge selection, they had a shuttle to the subway and the staff was excellent. The only drawbacks were the internet was down and the shower drain didn't drain, which was kind of a problem."

"The cab ride was nearly an hour from the railroad station. Even the cab driver was amazed. The Hotel is in the middle of a vast empty area surrounded by freeways, huge electrical towers and nothing else. Upon entering the parking lot we refused to stay and booked a hotel 5 minutes walk from the railroad station. Because we booked on-line, we were refused a refund, but we still refused this hotel because of its location."

"Although this place is a bit outside the city, it is a great value for the $. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired, but we didn't go to Rome to see this neighborhood. The van was prompt and the driver, (Adriano), was terrific. Very easy trip into the center city by Metro. Breakfast was very good, except the eggs. Clean facility with a helpful staff."

"My sisters and I booked this hotel online and were sadly disapointed. No one could speak english except the manager (who barely could herself) and she was never there. The shower did not drain, there is no air conditioner, and the location is HORRIBLE. It seems like you're in the slums on the outskirts of town. Very far, and expensive taxi to downtown and airport. I would never recommend to stay here to anyone I cared about."

"There was neither any climate control, or onsite dining at the Bar Blue Inn. The staff was not helpful in relocating us. I would never visit this site, nor is the location one that I would want to be in!"

"the service was excellent, it was clean, and had free ice and breakfast, the shuttle service was very convenient, except when there was a strike, and the hotel room was nice and cool and clean. :)"

"If you are visiting Rome only book this hotel if there is nothing else close. There is a shuttle that runs every 30 min to the subway, but only runs during certain hours. What they don't tell you is that the subway only operates during certain hours as well so if you are still in town the only way to get back is by taxi. I spent over $200.00 USD for taxis while I was there. Good luck getting to and from the airport as well!! Would not recommend if you want to hang out in town!!"
