I enjoyed my stay the breakfast was great. While I was there I got a very bad cold the girl on the desk was kind enough to give me extra tea bags , sugar and milk as I was sick in bed for a day. I would stay there again. Joan Chamberlain

The room decor was inspired and quite lovely. There was a faint but persistent smell of cigarettes in the room. An excellent option for a budget-conscious traveler who doesn't want to sacrifice comfort.

Decent hotel with modern rooms, but a bit of a walk from the bus station. Not many restaurants nearby, and the nightlife is a bit thin. The Hotel itself is comfortable, free breakfast with many items, but Internet is a WHOPPING ten GBP per day. I used a wifi signal from across the way free of charge. They should NOT charge for internet.

This was a perfect hotel for our family as our plan was to spend a lot of time on day trips. The room space is small (we had 2 children and 2 adults), but comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful. Close to city center, we were able to walk to many destination points.

This is a fairly basic hotel, but very clean and comfortable with a friendly, helpful staff. We appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast with plenty of seating room and very accomodating hours, being open from 6:30 to 10:30 AM.It is within walking distance of most things one would want to see, but is also on the bus routes. We would definitely stay there again.

There is no where to park your car while unloading your luggage. Parking is across the street from hotel and they do not provide for your parking. If you have an early flight, do not use this hotel. Breakfast does not start until you are long gone.

The hotel itself is adequate and clean. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice and the staff friendly. The breakfast included toast/danish/cereal/yogart/fruit/coffee and juices. The ONLY problem was the noise from the bar across the street late at night. As long as our windows were closed, the sound was not bad at all. However, we wanted to open the windows to let the cooler air in, and we couldn't sleep with the noise, so the windows had to be closed. In cooler weather, it would be fine. The location is good and it is only a few blocks away from Queen Street Station. .
