Cramped for a familyThis hotel "does exactly what it says on the tin". The room was cramped for a family of four, but it was fairly handy for the Metro, and a large shopping centre is 5 mins walk away. A mini Ramblas is a block away with plenty of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. A beach is about 15 mins walk. Good breakfast buffet, not a lot of character, but great helpful staff.

Very pleased with our recent stay at this hotel. The location was brilliant - quiet and peaceful - with easy access to the centre of Barcelona by Metro or bus. The local 'ramblas' was a revelation - lots of bars, cafes and restaurants - with some interesting shops. The great beach area was a real plus and only a fifteen minute walk away. It was great to be in an area which is being regenerated, with new offices and apartments springing up - but also with enough of the old Poblenou to keep the atmosphere just right.

Ideal hotel for family transferring to cruise terminalGreat little hotel. Stayed there the night before my cruise and will use again if I leave from Barcelona. Mini Ramblas nearby with great restaurants.Free internet for first 15 mins is also really useful for quick email/reservation checks
