The location of this hotel is perfect if you are arriving in or leaving from Avignon via the Gare TGV. It is also a very easy and inexpensive bus ride into the old city of Avignon where many of the tourists sights are located. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were quite helpful and fluent in English. There is no choice of restaurants nearby, but there are many located in the old city.

Room décor. Price which was way too high and the bed which was rock hard! It's a long (35 minutes) walk from old Avignon. There are far better hotels, nearer and cheaper so I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff was exceptionally cordial and helpful. The hotel was easy to get to from the Avignon TGV and we had no trouble getting to the center of Avignon by local bus service. (Less than 2 euros one way)

The hotel is on shuttle route from Avignon TGV to Avignon Train Station, which is in the city center, so getting back and forth every day was easy. If you value air conditioning in the hot climate I would pick this hotel (if not, try for a hotel in the center)

There was an odor in the bed sheets. Despite being changed, the odor was still there. It might have been the type of detergent used. Otherwise, good stay
