The bed was less than two feet off the floor, and at first I thought I was sleeping on the box springs. Later I looked closer and there was apparently a mattress there. It sure felt like a box spring. The room gave me a creepy feeling, I didn't know what was going to come out of the woodwork when I turned out the lights. So I put my stuff up on the folding card table that was what passed for a table. I'll definitely not go so cheap next time. The staff was excellent however.

Great price, friendly staff. Bathtub. I was apprehensive about the hotel because of the price, however, I was quite surprised. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay there again should I have the need.

We received a discount since the pool and sauna were out of commission. The hotel is old - needs to be done over. New paint, carpet, up-to-date toilets, energy efficient light bulbs and more smoke-free rooms would help. I don't know why they just couldn't put all the smoke free rooms on the first floor. We had a smoke-free room on the second floor but two rooms down started the smoking rooms. We could smell it in the room. Also, we had to keep the fan and AC on as we detected an odor that was not pleasant. The coffee was terrible. The beds were very firm...not used to that. The hallways and stairwells seemed to have never seen a vacuum. The staff was great and the location is fine. As a last resort, for the price, it will do.

The hotel has been allowed to run down. The parking lot was mostly potholes. The bed matresses were worn and uncomfortable. The bathroom grout was cracked and peeling. Overall not a value for the money spent.

Right off interstate. Way overpriced, could have had super 8 with better qual. I usually go with cheapest rates, but decide this time to spend a little more, and get one with a pool. Pool was green(should be blue) and you could smell musty water stain as soon as you walk in. It was worth about 45-50 instead of the 75.

We needed a place to stay overnight until our 6:30 Sunday morning flight out of Cheyenne. It was noisy inside because of the other guests and outside because of the traffic and railroad tracks. The sheets had not been changed so we had to go get clean sheets but they did not have the proper size for the bed and they did not offer to change them for us. We arrived after 6 pm and the lady who checked us in and gave us the sheets was quite pleasant but we were very happy to leave early the next morning.

Dis not live up to my expectations for a 3-star hotel

Felt friendly, very clean sheets and towels. Lobby and halls smells. Carpet stained. The pool didn't seem very clean and clear, the breakfast was sparse pickings, the staff was okay. I heard trains many times during the night. I stayed at a lovely place the following night.

The staff is very professional in their individual professions, yet they are all team players. They are courteous and respectful. Sarah is courteous as well as intelligent in her individual capacity. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

A very basic hotel by train tracks. Should be much cheaper.

Poorly maintained. This is an old, tired, poorly maintained motel. The property is located directly next to busy highway and railroad tracks. This was probably a nice place in 1980 but it doesn't look like there have been many upgrades since. Light bulbs burned out, WiFi didn't work, hot tub not working in addition to terrible bedding. Not good, would not stay here again.

Motel looked like an abandoned building but the rooms were ok. Price was good. Would not stay here again. Worse continental breakfast I have ever seen - not much to offer.

I thought hey how bad could it be? Its worse than I ever expected. The bed was hard as a rock with a HUGE sag to the middle. The torn hall carpet had not been vacuumed in days and the broken vacuum just sat in the hall way. The staff insisted I pay before even looking at the room. The air conditioner would only blow cool air at a breaths pace with no possible way of cooling the room. The roon carpet was stained and torn. Wall paper pealing. Loose tiles loose and missing. Tub popped and squeaked when you were in it. The train noise from across the street (50 feet) was deffining. No remote for the TV. The free breakfast was only cold cerel and warm milk. In other works on a scale of 1 to 10... I would give it a -3. We ended up staying at a place on the other side of the highway for $3 more then we paid here.

Convenient access to freeway. Items in the room seemed to be gathered from other hotels/miscellaneous sources. It was ok, not great. Clean but older/shabbier. Internet access did not work in room, but in lobby only. Thank god Cheyenne is small, because there was nothing to do close by the hotel and we had to drive into town. Staff was semi-friendly, but not professional looking/acting at all.

I figured it was just an older building and nothing to be concerned about. Once I stepped into the building I felt like I had stepped into the '60s and not in a good way. It was as though nothing had been updated since then. The room was orderly, but not clean... the shower was especially unclean. The table in the room looked as though it would fall over if we put more than a piece of paper on it. The one bed was so worn out that it literally sagged in the middle. We decided to check out the premises because a good hot tub and pool will pretty much make up for other items... unfortunately the pool room was disgusting (and this is a complement) with the hot tub out of order and things floating in the murky water. Needless to say, we went right back to the front desk and told them we were checking out to stay elsewhere. RUN... AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANY OTHER HOTEL IN CHEYENNE!!!

"It was very strange to use an actual key for our room. There is no landscaping, the carpets are faded and kind of scary looking overall. However, the staff was very friendly, the room was good, the price was right and the breakfast was good. I would probably stay there again."
