Quality, affordable, great locationVery helpful staff, excellent security features (need the door card to operate the lift), no-fuss, no unnecessary extras. Great location. Can have hotel validate parking ticket, so parking in Buchanan Galleries car park round the corner £10 for 24 hours. Very happy with whole experience.

Room was clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. I found nothing to dislike. This hotel is extremely well located. The room where I stayed with my wife and daughter was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will certainly stay there again when we return to Glasgow.

Affordable without sacrificing cleanliness or location. WiFi was not accessible in the hotel rooms, must go to lobby to use it. The hotel met all my expectations within our budget. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel was well located, and the continental breakfast was very nice.

The room was small and very basic, the noise from traffic was bad due to a poorly fitting window. I wouldn't have minded so much had the price been low but I stayed two nights at an average rate of £90 a night. A much better room can be found elsewhere for this price.

Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. No service hotel but all amenities within easy reach. Good continental breakfast. Not badly priced for a UK hotel.

Clean; efficient, friendly, professional staff. Thought rooms were extremely small and a bit much $ for what you got. Overall, a pleasant hotel in a fairly good neighborhood located close to the enjoyable Sauchiehall Street. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and more than helpful. Rooms, however, are quite small and seem a bit high-priced for the size. Despite that, I am still likely to choose this hotel in the future; there are more pros than cons.

enjoyable staystayed here for one night only booked a show at the pavilion so brilliant 5 mins walk away and7 mins from the train station. Staff lovely and very helpful breakfast good toast coffee cereal juice etc nice but prefer cooked breckie. All in enjoyable stay and would definitely stay there again as it is so close to all the shops cinemas restaurants etc. Excellent.

The hotel was conveniently located and offered my brother and I everything that we needed for an overnight stay. I would return again to this hotel. The only drawback my brother found was, he would have preferred the breakfast (which was included) to be a cooked one, other than that, spot on.

This is a low end hotel that is perfectly located. Parking is an issue for anyone with a car, although there is a multi level carpark opposite the hotel. Shopping and the main city area is only 2 blocks away ...

My room was stuck next to a boiler room, meaning that I spent the night listening to a low pitched mechanical hum.After snatching some intermittent sleep I finally gave up at 7.30 am and headed down to the breakfast room.I was disappointed to be confronted with a sterile self-service environment and a selection of cereals and fruit. Where was the smell of sausages, bacon and eggs that I had been hoping for.. let alone some haggis!!All in all Holiday Inn truely is the Morrisons of Hotel accomdation.. You get what you pay for.. Atleast it didn't smell of cigarette smoke.

This is an excellent hotel in the centre of glasgow. it was very clean and quiet (it was mid week so could be different at weekends) . They were very careful about safety and you needed to use your room key to operate the lift, a good point if travelling alone i feel. breakfast was fine, considering it was in with the price (and a free paper!). A choice of cereal, some fresh fruit, toast, yoghurt, drinks and muffins and croissants! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who asked me! All the staf were friendly too and I am sure they would sort out any problems immediatley.

We were attending a concert at the SECC and it was conveniently situated close by. Excellent location for shopping, restaurants etc. The hotel itself was nice, apart from us being rudely awakened by a false fire alarm at 1:30am. The room had a double bed, only blankets provided would have liked a duvet especially when were coming into the cold weather. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

booked last minute, thought for double room , we were given twin, gentleman on reception pointed out( not very friendly) it is only a request and not a guarantee.window of room would not opensoap dispensers in toilet where emptyvending machine for juice out of order.
