Very helpful & friendly staff. Room had window which didnt open. Air-con only went down to 18 degrees & was too warm. Toilet flush was broken. Missing / broken gutter outside window meant noisy dripping water all night while raining.Budget hotel so expect nothing more.Family room good size for 2 + 2 (aged 10 & 8)

The Holiday Inn Express in Norwich was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were staying for approximately nine nights and this hotel was more for the traveler that was only staying one or two nights as there was very little space to hang clothes and no drawer space, just a ceiling to floor unit with six hangers and shelf space. The rooms were quite large adn comfortable. We picked this hotel because of its location and I would definately use it again.

a Staff was excellent and room was very nice. Elevator did not work, I traveled with my elderly father. Hotel was very comfortable and clean and we were able to meet people in the main area of the hotel and visit.

A good standard for the price, with large rooms. Internet was not working in the room but the hotel gave me free wireless to use in the lobby/bar area. Situated in the middle of a sports village if you wanted to workout, and with Asda a stone's throw away you could get some victuals in.

Couldn't ask for more! ;0)Myself, wife and 5 year old daughter stayed here for one night and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable.We had asked for a family room and we had a nice spacious room with double bed and a sofa bed already made up for us.The en-suite bathroom had a really nice power shower.Continental breakfast and you have a really good choice from cereals, croissants, yougurts, fruit, toast, fruit juices, tea, coffee hot chocolate etc. A spacious breakfast area where you can take your time to enjoy a really good breakfast to start your day off well.Overall - a very nice clean room with a good choice breakfast too and very pleasant staff!

It was in a good location next to the sport centre. I was very disappointed in this hotel. It is in a good location next to the sport centre, is modern and appeared clean, tidy and spacious. Unfortunately all the rooms I was offered had been heavily smoked and giving them a bad odor and causing me to cough. I would not recommend this hotel for non smokers.

I found all of the staff very helpful and friendly. On returning to the hotel in the early hours of Sunday morning, the night staff were terrific and found us something to eat. I will certainly be recommending this hotel to others that are looking for reasonably priced, clean and comfortable accommodation when visiting Norwich. The only downside is parking, not enough of it. Thank you.

Family tripWe've stayed in other Express by Holiday Inn Hotels and found them excellent. In this one the room was a little more tired than the others and smelled a bit musty. However it was perfectly adequate for our overnight stay and represents very good value for money.

Excellent night in NorwichThe room was booked very late so I did not have high expectations however how wrong can you be. The hotel was in an excellent location for me and was very comfortable and clean. I had an excellent evening in the hotel and would definately stay again. The hotel does serve food in the evening and I was unaware prior to arriving at the site so next time would eat in the hotel. Breakfast was again very good and perfect way to start the day.

holiday innHotel was very nice but although we had booked for a couple with one child no preparation had been made in the room for the child and we had to summon assistance after we were in the room. Staff were helpful and friendly and facilities were fairly good

out of town abit but ok if your in the car. next to a massive asda so you will never be short of anything!!. There is a Wetherspoons pub 5 min walk away so handy for meals and a drink in the evening and it was very family friendly.

This hotel was good value for money. I like staying in Holiday Inns as you know what you're getting. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Room was comfortable, shame there wasn't a bath though, just a shower. The only thing i can grumble about was that i kept getting woken up in the morning by people going in and out of their rooms (the doors make a very loud click when you open and shut them). Would definitely stay there again though.
