Good standard of accommodation, friendly and helpful staff. would definitely stay there again.

Close to the train station. TV was really small and the beds weren't that comfy. Decent hotel. It's close to the Bristol Parkway train station (about 5lb to get there). A good pub next door with great food. The TV is small and the beds weren't that great. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel at 21.45 to find that we had to pull out the sofa bed ourselves and there was no bedding in the room so we had to contact reception for the bedding. Although they were quick to respond with two small children desparate to get into bed it was a little inconvenient.

New, clean, friendly staff. Very hard to find. Good hotel for the price. It's new, clean and has a nice continental breakfast. The rooms were cold, but the attendant was quick to get us extra blankets as well as a heater.

Two Rooms in BristolWe had a very satisfactory stay at this hotel. Rooms were available early, were clean, modern and comfortable. I would prefer to stay with Express by Holiday Inn than with Premier Travel Inn.no extras, in price brakfast was ok.

The Arlett family reviewOur breakfast in the morning was of the poorest standard across the board, of anywhere that I have stayed before. There was chaos in the Dining room, not enough seats, not enough milk, not enough plates, not enough cutlery,not enough bread. My list could go on. I had my wife and two teenage sons with me, so they went to a very long church service and christening with nothing but unhappy thoughts. We shall never book a Holiday Inn Express again, and certainly would not recommend to a friend.

Good but too expensiveThe hotel room was clean and of a good standard. The breakfast was also good but not outstanding, no yoghurt for example. My main issue is with the cost. Even at the Late Rooms rate of £89.00 it did not represent good value for money and as for the normal rate of £130.00 that is just ridiculous. I think there is a shortage of hotels in this area of Bristol and Holiday Inn has something of a monopoly which may account for the high price.

when we arrived we were told that our reservation was for the day previous and we had booked it wrong, but infact i booked it on late rooms.com and on arriving home checked the date that i did indeed book and i booked the right day??

happy with the cleanliness of the room .everything we need is there.very good .the reception was not very accomodating at all. i was not aware that the money has not been taken out eventhough i have put my card on the terminal i only found that out when i was checking out and asked for an invoice.

Great stayFrom the moment we entered the hotel the staff and the ambience of the hotel could only be described as excellent. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was both fresh and plentiful.

Booked through laterooms as it was £55 for the night compared to £99 through their own website (It shouldn't happen, according to their 'lowest internet rate guarantee' - which is pretty risky to claim against when you read the small print.) The hotel was fine, breakfast disappointing as there was no semi-skimmed milk or white bread (for toast) on offer; and the croissants were not particularly fresh. But good service otherwise and a nicely refurbished hotel.

the staff were helpful and friendly but simply didn't seem to be able to cope with the amount of work required particularly at breakfast time. There were no trays, no spoons, no knives and although the staff were trying hard to keep up with things there just weren't enough of them.the breakfast was OK but not as good as other (cheaper) hotels

The bedroom was faultless, The breakfast experience was a GREAT disappointment. The choice of food was extremely poor and the level of cleanliness was a disgrace. There was not a clean table to be found anywhere and there was a large puddle of tea all over the floor. Staff were in and out with crockery etc but no-one thought of cleaning the floor or any tables

A very warm and welcoming hotel, clean, bright and friendly. being able to get a fresh baguette just before midnight with a drink at the bar was fab.

Accessing the hotel by road during the rush hour, in the dark, in the rain and with a serious accident in the area when I had never been there before was a minor nightmare - but the friendly welcome and a cool beer soon corrected that!Disappointed with breakfast - especially the lack of staff - the \"tray trolleys\" were full, with trays being left on the floor instead and no attempt was made to wipe over tables between guests.

Did what it said on the tin. Clean, neat and tidy, other than the sink which was nearly blocked and water took some time to drain. Breakfast was good and the children enjoyed it.

Hotel was fine. Very clean rooms and happy, helpful staff. No-one told us that there was a pub right next door, which would have been handy for our evening meal with the kids.
