Very convenient location, close to the airport and the town of Inverness. Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good basic breakfast but no restaurant. But you can order from other restaurants and have food delivered to your room. And sharing the same parking lot than the hotel, there is a very good restaurant you can try. We really enjoyed our stay there, but the hotel is just lacking personality, like it could be anywhere else. It was very convenient but a little "cold", like any other franchise hotel. Being in Scotland I was hoping to feel more... spirit!!!

We ended up with a smoking room which we did not request. I have asthma and the smoky room induced an attack. The room also has two single beds. My partner and I had to sleep in separate beds. How romantic is that? When we checked out, the staff apologized again for the room we got and not a minute later was apologizing to another couple for their room. We won't be staying there again or even recommend it to anyone.

It was nice to have breakfast provided. The hotel was good, however, not being able to get a double bed it a big draw back.

One of the best properties we stayed at in Scotland. A little difficult to get to, especially driving in from loch ness. Very clean hotel with an ultra friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to friends or stay there again. Close to (same parking lot) with one of the finest restaurants in Inverness - "the snow goose". Also close to fast food and shopping.
