Thought the bedding and towels looked really white and clean. Very convenient, caught the bus outside hotel for Gent City Centre. Didn't really like the car park charge though.

Great hotel. Clean spacious room. Good free breakfast. Comfortable bed. Close to downtown attractions by car or bus. One of the better hotels we have found in Europe!! Would definitely recommend.

Conveniently located and good for a small family (2 adults, 2 children). Dinner buffet was reasonably priced and good quality.

The hotel was clean and friendly. Out in the Boony's. It took us over an hour each way to get to tourist area. This hotel was a bus ride then a tram ride away from any of the tourist attractions in Gent. It was clean but the only reason it is rated 4 stars is because it has a pool and restaurant. I would have rated it 3 stars for the actual room; but the breakfast was pretty good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel only for the reason it is so far away from anything. It took 45 min to an hour each way.

What CAN YOU EXPECT FOR 99 EUROS FOR a family of 4 including breakfast? 'Late rooms' stated the hotel was recently refurbished, but on the sixth floor that meant a very thin coat of paint had been applied to the old woodchip paper and the wooden window board had not been secured or painted. I cannot really say it was a bad room ( the beds were very comfortable); it just felt a bit neglected. The reception staff were very helpful, as the guy on the desk immediately got us a new set when we found the TV did not work (needed to know what was going on at the Olympics...) The food was OK - perhaps it was because it was a Sunday that the croissants were a bit leathery ... I found it annoying to have to pay for car parking at a hotel which is situated on the outskirts of town - and once you were in the car park you could not get out as there was a barrier and a ticket machine. The hotel was OK for our purpose, having taken a ferry crossing from Dover in the afternoon and wanting to hve a break along the way, but I would not want to stay there for 'leisure' or for sight seeing, but that is not what a hotel at a motorway junction is for. So I would stay there again and recommend it to a friend with the above proviso.

Easy to find; just off the motorway but nice and quiet inside. Aircon/heater in the room. Friendly staff, perhaps a little expensive but you tend to get what you pay for at the Holiday Inn.
