Very handy for the airport with shuttle bus making the transfer easy.

I appreciated the pickup at the airport and delivery back to the airport. Very comfortable and easy to get around with the train near by.

A short but impressive stay in August 2008 when we have a technical visit to Geneva. Although the hotel is compact in size, it has everything needed like fast Internet connection (as hardware) and friendly services (as software). The only point I look for improvement is a lack of refrigator inside the guest room. I have bought some ice-cream from CO-OP nearby and have to consume them as soon as possible. ^o^

The hotel is probably the most inexpensive of those very close to Geneva airport. The shuttle service is ever 20 minutes and quite efficent. There are restaurants and a casino in the Movenpick Hotel, a short walk away.

Easy to airport for departure. Noisy due to trains, thin walls, and bad doors. The hotel is not a bad place to stay for touring Geneva because it is quite easy to get to and from the city using public transportation. The hotel even will give you a pass to cover public transport for the duration of your stay. The cons for the hotel include: I repeatedly had to wait at the airport for a shuttle for over a half an hour (they are supposed to go every 20 minutes sharp), there is a lot of noise from the train that goes just behind the hotel, there are always people waking up early for flights and the walls and doors do not provide good noise insulation, the internet in the lobby was not functioning while I was there, there are no easy to get to and moderately priced restaurants nearby, and my room was not cleaned until after 3pm.

The hotel was fine but the shuttle service should start a tab earlier...6am it late since most of the flights take off at 7am

I literally walked out front of the airportand found the shuttle waiting.Great to hop in a clean shower after thelong flight!This place is walking distance but navigating TO the airport on foot might be easier than finding it FROM the airport. There is a very nice restaurant accross the streat in the Movenpick building. In the otherdirection there is a huge grocery store with a buffett style restaurant inside. This was not the greatestbut certainly cheap.A perfect place to stay before catching the train at the airport thenext day and breakfast was great.

Close to public transportation. The staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and includes a complimentary continental breakfast. Internet access is available for a fee which is nice for those not traveling with computers. The location was convenient to public transportation. A bonus for us was also its proximity to a grocery store. An airport shuttle was provided, making traveling to and from the airport convenient. The downside was our interactions with staff. Each staff member we encountered was rude, patronizing, and unhelpful. For example (there are many), when asking for directions to the bus stop, the hotel clerk was extremely rude and sneering when asked directions. For the staff alone, I would not stay here again despite all the other assets of the hotel.

Great staff, excellent location, easy to get to and from the airport, as well as the downtown area. Cleaning staff are loud and early. Excellent friendly staff, great food available to be delivered. The free public transportation pass was great. Rooms are nice and clean and spacious. Great experience.
