The Exit 5 property is comprised of three beautifully landscaped and wooded acres. Throughout the property there are gardens, fountains, a reflective pond, waterfall and places to sit and enjoy the quiet. In a side area there is a large playground for the little ones with slidges and swings, plus a basketball and tennis court. At the center of the property you will find our large indoor swimming pool, surrounded by indoor and outdoor decks for relaxing in any weather. All motel rooms and cottages have coffeemaker, microwave, cable tv with 76 cable channels, air conditioning, phone with free local calling, convenient parking, fridge, toaster, dining table, bathtub, shower, heater, hot water 24hrs. Suites have Jacuzzi and Fireplace in the bedroom. We have some of the motel rooms with kitchen area. The 1,2,3 bedroom cottages have full kitchen area with large living room and private bath. We also have 2 bedroom special suite for family. It has a huge living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. It also has jacuzzi in the bath area. It also has a private deck with barbeque grill.

What are your breakfast options?: We don't have breakfast in our motel, but there is a place close by which does breakfast. They serve breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
What can I do nearby?: We do not have shuttle facility. The market is walking distance. The beach is 2 miles from the property. If somebody needs to walk they can or there is a shuttle bus very hour. Airport is 15-18 miles (20 minutes). Saco's centre of town is 1 mile and Old Orchard is 2 miles.
Do you have internet?: We do have internet access available in all the rooms.
Do you provide parking?: We have parking in our hotel. One parking per room.
