Good parking. Noisy AC, restaurant does not serve breakfast after 10. Not a bad place to stay, good convenience store on site, not much for restaurant/bar though. Rooms were ok.

The room was clean and comfortable it was not noisy and the breakfast which we went to late in the morning was a large affair and quite good

We were delighted to find that the walls of the hotel are concrete cinderblock. That is our reassurance that we have structural integrity and sound deadening in a multi-story building. Our room was on the top floor (6th). Not much of a view, but that wasn't important to us. We could only hear road traffic and airplane sounds when we had the window open to air out the room upon arrival. (There was some kind of perfume-y odor coming from the washroom. It didn't last long.) At night the room climate was excellent for sleeping and we heard no sounds at all. The room was very clean. Everything worked fine except for one light that didn't have a switch that we could find (would have been nice for reading). The bed was comfy and the shower refreshing at 4 a.m. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff were uniformly pleasant and informative. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, since we needed to be there at 5 a.m. The free shuttle left the hotel at 4:40--perfect timing. We did not eat at the hotel, but chose to cross the street and have a light supper at the pub. Food, service, and prices were very good there. Would we stay at the Executive Royal again? Definitely.

I found this place through TAG approved. It is a hidden gem, staff are friendly, love the health spa and massage. The restaurant is all beef at night, however the salad bar is huge over 140 some items. Overall the staff are very accommodating, Adam in the restaurant is great.

It was basic and the price was right. We were misled on how close the hotel was to the city. It was basic and we got what we paid for. We would have rather know how many miles it was from Downtown.

The restaurant Graze Grill was fantastic!! A over 100 item salad bar! with the best steak I've had in years and service to match.

No disappointments here. Staffs are very helpful. Pleasant surroundings. Great spa. Good parking. Difficult to take a C train downtown (to Stampede). We would stay here again. Enjoyed the perks this hotel provides. Staff was friendly and helpful. A very nicely appointed restaurant. Excellent spa.

Room was very nice, clean, larger than expected, with good amenities (fridge and coffee maker, but no microwave). The on-site restaurant (called Graze) only sells beef and no other meats (no poultry, veal, pork, fish, anything else) so vegetarians beware.

Very convenient to airport; surprisingly good salad bar. Space tight for family with 2 kids in pull-out bed. Expecting a Days Inn type hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to stay in this more upscale airport hotel. The room was clean and serviceable, just a bit tight with 2 kids in the pull-out bed. Nice staff, wired Internet, and the restaurant had a nice salad bar.

Good restaurants. Clerks not professional, from shuttle bus driver to receptionist. Convenient location between downtown and airport, comfortable restaurant and evening bar. However, a bartender was poorly trained, one bus driver was 30 min. Late to pick me up at airport and a receptionist was rude when she messed up my bus reservation.
