Electrical outlet not working. It was reported-said they would fix. No one came in 2 days. Key cards stop working. Went to front desk, and after ringing bell' many times (6 pm) and shouting, a little 10 yr old girl (Mexican or Indian) came out and reprogramed our room key cards. Room smelled and heat did not work very well Off season but the pool outside look terrible. leaves, trash, etc. (not ready even for off season.
