Our stay at the Motel was fine, up until the day after return when we noticed they had charged extra money to our credit card causing us to overdraft on our checking acct. When I called to ask about it, they girl that answered the phone was very rude, and totally unhelpful and hung up on me. She said it was a standard practice, and all I told her was that dont you think it should then be standard practice for the front desk to tell you that when you give them your card? All that was there was silence, she didnt speak, no apologies or anything! I was satisfied with this place till then. Seems people should work on there customer relations skills before they go to work in a place that requires them to use them!!!!

I visited New Braunfels Executive Inn & Suites during our spring break. Let me tell you, I have never stayed at such a clean place. This place sparkles from top to bottom! I was totally impressed!"

While we just stayed one night and didn't really use the amenities much, the room was a good size, large beds, reasonably priced, and clean. The room also had a mini fridge which was nice as well as more useful things than I'd seen in a couple other hotels we'd stayed at before (coffeemaker, hairdryer, complimentary breakfast (no eggs or meat, but nice breads and cereal). Overall, it was about what I was expecting and hoped for which is about all one can ask for in a hotel. It didn't exceed my expectations, but it didn't disappoint me either.

For the cost of the room and the location, I would expect at least a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and no bugs in the room. I would also expect all lights in the room to be operable. Nothing ""executive"" about this hotel.

Hard beds. Hips were sore after two nights. Bedspread had a STRONG smell of men's cologne. No ice in the ice machine either day. Breakfast minimalist
