The services were great from the moment we got there until we left. The breakfast was good every morning and they had a wide variety. Everyone was very nice and accomadable.

i was so impressed by this hotel. we decided to stay with this hotel because of its location to cleveland. the staff was wonderful and they offer many different types of rooms to suite anyone

The sink was very,very slow to drain; the tub plug could not be closed so one could take a bath; the shower control kept turning around before could get the water to flow; the shower curtain rod was almost off the wall and was dripping to the middle; the outside end door would not close and latch; and the concrete sidewalk was breaking down leaving a tripping hazard.
