It is a scenic 60 minute drive from Amman Queen Alia International Airport (AMM). Lying 264 metres below sea level, the location provides a serene atmosphere surrounded by spectacular mountain landscapes and natural hot springs. Offering international and regional cuisine, the diverse selection of dining options includes a restaurant situated on a cliff top at the edge of the Dead Sea where guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets reflecting across the water. The freshest ingredients are sourced from the resort?s own organic herb and vegetable gardens - All day dining restaurant offering a buffet and a la carte breakfast and a la carte breakfast and dinner with live cooking counters and fresh juice station. An outside terrace area offering views to the hot springs. Open 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. - Panorama Situated on a cliff top at the edge of the Dead Sea where guests can catch a glimpse of the lights of Jerusalem and beautiful sunsets reflecting across the water. The concept is based on an Arabic style restaurant with a hint of Lebanese. Accompanied by live acoustic music. Offers a la carte lunch and dinner for up to 140 guests. Located just 15 minutes drive from the resort. Open 12:00 pm to 12:00 am during summer and 12:00 pm till 10:00 pm during winter time. - The Cellar Offers wine and cheese tastings and an a la carte Chef?s Signature menu.
