We have stayed in several hotels in the Zona Rosa, this is by far the best deal for your money. It was our second stay in this hotel.

This fairly small hotel is situated right in the heart of the Zona Rosa, only a few meters from dozens of restaurants and bars, and a block from an excellent market. The room I had was a suit - I have yet to find a hotel which offers more room - and was very comfortable. The bathroom and toiletries were average, the bed huge, the living room comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was good, though the selection was limited. The best thing about this hotel though is its position. If you are not wanting to stay in the Centro Historico, this is the perfect place. The restaurants are slightly pricier but there is a much better selection, and the surrounds are very pleasant and safe. There is plenty to see in the neighbourhood, and a shopping mall with cinema within five minutes walk. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the Palacio de Bellas Artes, but is very pleasant.

This was my second time staying at this property in less than four months. Service is great! Friendly staff, very clean property and convenient to all areas of the city. One suggestion, make sure you inspect the entire room before you unpack. I unpacked and settled in and later realized that a shower door was missing. Had to move to an entirely different room, but the staff was courteous.

The Zona Rosa has changed in the last 5 years, for the worse. I have had offices in the area since 1992 and could walk the streets in the late night hours and feel relatively safe. No longer the case. Still, if you need a central location to downtown, shops and local the ZR is still happening. The Eurostar is a nice 'botique' hotel offering 60 suites that are clean (with the exception of my carpet)large (3 seperate areas)mini bar, wet bar, microwave, 2 TV's. The staff was very courteous and, helpfully, spoke English. I would stay there again, and fully intend to do so on any business trip which requires me being centrally located.

All the rooms are suites. They are clean and spacious, with a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Free wireless internet. Breakfast is included but, not for me. It is centrally located in Zona Rosa. I stay here often for business and always feel safe. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I was really skeptical about this place because the price was cheap and location was too good to be true. Well it's true, it was one of the few perfect hotel stays I've ever had. It is literally in the heart of the Zona Rosa, the suites were huge (not use to this much space coming from NYC) and the staff provided first class service. I seriously thought I was at the four seasons. I actually enjoyed it so much, I'm returnin next week for a longer stay!

The Eurostars Zona Rosa Suites, Mexico City is located in the heart of Zona Rosa, one of the nicer areas of Mexico City to visit. It is a great little hotel, very comfortable and has s separate suite adjacent to each room. I also liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area. The bath tub was a jacuzzi tab and we each enjoyed a nice soak with good jets once during our 3-night stay. The suite portion had a second TV, a fridge and coffee maker plus lots of modern shelving and comfortable furniture. The vanity area also had some nice, modern shelving to store your travelling items. The bed was a little hard but it was fine for us and we got a good sleep. The first night we we forgot to turn on the AC and left the window open to a lively weekend crowd, so keep the window closed and use AC for air to get a good sleep. We had the continental breakfast in the hotel and there was enough of choices to fill up. You can order eggs from the menu or step outside and find several places in Zona Rosa to sit down for breakfast. There is no pool in this hotel and the bathroom needs a sealer to prevent the shower water to drip on the marble floor (maybe only our room). But all considering, this was a very good find in the best location, and a great value for the money.
