The Eurostars Congress Conference Center & Hotel is a four-star hotel in Rome located in Via Prenestina. This hotel has a nice location for travelers, considering that it has quick access to all major roads in the area, and is just a short distance from many attractions like Roma Est and Porta di Roma.

The hotel is found at Via Prenestina 944/C, and is just off the highway at Grande Raccordo Anulare, which is Exit 16.

There are 235 rooms available to the public and these are very spacious units. The décor inside is modern and elegant. Amenities include central heating and air conditioning, a mini bar, a private ensuite and bathroom, satellite TV and PPV movies.

The Eurostars Congress Conference Center & Hotel Rome is stylishly decorated, as it is designed as an exposition hotel. That means visitors can look forwards to lots of open spaces, pleasant accommodations and a very down-to-earth atmosphere. This was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. Staff was rude and not helpful. Understaffed. Everything you needed was extra. Not a classy place to stay at all. Food was nothing to write home about either. Not reccomended.

Our group had money stolen from the locked safe. Hotel staff was uncooperative and actually tried to deter us from reporting it to police. The food was repeatative for four-4 days. Same deserts and side veggies gets old and boring after 4 days. Under staffed dinning room and bar. NOT reccomended at all...area was also undesireable location.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Rome. Taxis's to and from the airport are expensive. They have a coach service to the train station which costs 4 Euros per person each way. The coach is reliable however you are restricted because it only leaves at 8 am, 10 am and 12 am and returns at 7.30 pm and 10 pm. There is not much to eat in the hotel restaurant and surrouding restaurants require a car to get to.

Hotel is ok for the price, but they are rather stingy specially with soap. Maid service is ok, but they always forget to leave things such as soap, towels, and toilet paper. They have a shuttle to the city center with a small charge but the service is very limited with only 3-4 shuttles going and the same going back. During our stay they changed the size of the shuttle from a full size bus that seated over 50 to a smaller van type that sat a whole lot less, therefore it was almost always sold out until the last bus which left at noon and the returned at 11pm. The hotel is in an out of the way location and taxi fare from the city center can run over 20 Euro each way. There is a public bus but walking from the hotel thru the crazy traffic to get to the stop in my opinion is dangerous. I have stayed here several times before and was aware of these problems, but we stayed for the value, but upon reflection the price per night may seem cheap, but when you add in the cost of transportation to and from the city even on the shuttle, not to mention the inconvenience of having to plan your days around the limited bus schedules, the price becomes equal to a more convenient and better hotel elsewhere.

The staff, especially the front desk, was horribly rude and unhelpful. The shuttle was unreliable and expensive whereas other hotels in the area provided free shuttle service. I could go on & on but I'll stop with this. If you are a business travel passing through with a car, go ahead and stay. Vacationers? Avoid this place.

Hotel built out of the way (modern but looks like a converted office block). Long way from town and difficult to get to. Has a shuttle to Rome Termini at 8am and 10 am, returning at 7.30pm and 10pm, but have to pay E4 each way. Supposed to be satellite TV and High speed internet in room, but was only working 10% of the time I was staying. Staff tried hard and were friendly mostly. Room was quite large and clean, nice ensuite. Wouldn't stay there again, rather stay close to Termini for same price or cheaper. Breakfast was expensive in my opinion for what was available.

the staff are particularly rude and inconsiderate - took me 3 hrs of to check in and even though i had a prior reservation they told me i didnt have reservation and that i couldnt stay the night. after much debating, she eventually rang laterooms.com who confirmed my reservation check out took me 4 hours.It was an absoloute nightmare. Most definitely the worst holiday experience i have ever had.the hotel room was not of 4 star hotel standard - there was NO AIR CONDITIONING even at 25 deg Cthe restaurant menu was very sparce and expensive - and the food was disgusting. i had vegetable soup, which was composed of barely cooked vegetables floating in a water/oil solutiontransport to and from the hotel was acceptable - pending you are a young and dont have kids. buses werent regular. and to get to termini train station, you had a bus to a metro then a metro onwards to centre of town - bus 508 and metro ponte mammolo, this onto terminiplease be aware that the taxis are a RIP OFFthe hotel in general is an excellent way of charging excruciating amounts of money-with very bad quality of servicestaff generally very rude, arrogant, not trained well. and not very professionali suggest an mere alternative, for maybe anoter 30-40 euros in centre of townthe hotel is 8 km from airport -too far out for what your paying -sorry but this has been the worst hotel stay i have ever had.keep away from here

Rented a car and drove to Tuscany and Pompei. Good for day trips around Rome. Convenient location to freeway to get out of town. Not convenient if you want to see the historical sights of Roma. Located in an industrial part of Rome. Hotel provided great shuttle service to the Termini station close to the Forum. They charge 4 Euros for the shuttle each way at 8am 10 am, noon and then two return trips at night: 7:30 and 10pm. Hotel staff is excellent and the room and the hotel amenities are great. Very modern, clean and comfortable.

Nice large room and ensuite, very comfortable double bed. Advertized with internet in room and television, but neither of these were working 90% of the time I was there. Breakfast was not included and was a little expensive.

The hotel is new, modern and clean but it is in the middle of no where and you cannot walk. You must sign up for the hotel shuttle to go to downtown Rome at 4 Euro per person each way. Also the times and occupancy of the bus is limited and at 8 am it takes 1 hour due to traffic. The hotel restaurant dinner is limited both in times and menu and the bar closes early. The breakfast and coffee is terrible. If you are going to Rome to see the sights, select another hotel. Also after flying all night room was "not ready" until 2 pm even though hotel was sparsley occupied

Good value for money hotel, ideally you need a car as it is about 6 miles out of central Rome but the hotel and staff are excellent. Just a bit of advise, if you like a morning or late night cuppa , as is the norm in Italy there are no tea/coffee making facilities in room so either take a small kettle with you ar nip up to the Carrefour about 400 yards away and buy one for about £10, will save you money if you drink as much coffee as we do

the euro star was very nice,the rooms were very clean service was god ,i would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay in it again when i come to rome again.

Distance from Central Station is quite far but shuttle works good. While we were advised it was free, this was not the case but hotel removed the charges when we complained. The day we left, the driver parked in a different area and never came inside to ley us know he was there and the bus was leaving but the hotel paid for a taxi for us to get to the station in time. Food at the bar was ok but limited to sandwiches and very expensive and the restaurant was never open before we left in the mornings. Building is new and clean. Overall a good deal for the money.
