Wonderful service, beautiful room, great location!We were in Barcelona for two weeks and stayed here for the second half of our vacation. It was absolutely the best hotel experience we have ever had. The service was great. Whenever we had a question, the person at the front desk went above and beyond to find out the answer. Whether it was a specific question about a restaurant, or general questions about things to do in Barcelona, we were always met with a smile and a willingness to assist us. We stayed in Room 110, a lovely room with a large balcony overlooking the Boqueria Market. We couldn't believe how quiet our room was, given that the noisy marketplace was just down below. It was nice to walk out of the hotel and be in the middle of all the action. The hotel is situated on Las Ramblas, the most popular street in Barcelona. The metro station is literally about 15 steps away. Such a perfect location. We will definitely stay here next time we return to Barcelona.

Good bits; Great hair dryer, large bath sheets, excellent shower, very clean, nice room design and furniture, great location - on the Rambla over looking the fruit and veg market.Bad bits; No parking and garages very expensive (€27 per day), bed hard, no drawers in room.

A good quality newly refurbished hotel in an excellent location at a reasonable price.The only downside was background noise. Although situated on La Ramblas, directly next to the food market, I suppose one must expect the hussle & bussle of Barcelona to encroach into your room.

nice hotel right in the centre of barcelona. which was aslight problem in itself. with the hotel being situated on the ramblas. it was always noisy outside late at night with late night revellers and early morning with market traders setting up their stalls. the area was also a major attraction for prostitutes who harassed you on approach to the hotel. other than that it was great for all the tourist spots and was literally yards from the tube station. the bathroom was excellent and the hotel was spotless
