Eurostars Wein, sparkling accomodation!Although a little out of town we didn't find this a problem, using the 44 tram took 10 mins to Roosevelt Plaz. Very grateful of working air conditioning since it was 32 degrees outside!Breakfast was varied and plentiful, even supplying some guests with the basics of a lunch as well! The room was spacious and well equipped. The pool was small and we did not get a chance to use it, maybe next time. Public transport was brilliant even to and from the airport and we made good use of the underground and trams for just 7 euros a day.

To expensive hotel for that level of service. No parking, no wireless internet

Helpful staffs and comfortable bedsThe location is not very convenient, but is close to the Metro station. The overall quality of the hotel is very good. The bed is very comfortable and big. The room is clean and spacious. Free usage of PC only in the lobby. Breakfast is good with lots of variety of food. Helpful staffs as we arrive there in the morning and they allowed us to early check-in. They also helped my friend to print his own iternary using their printer.

The general location of this hotel is pretty good, as it's right near a tram stop, although a little far from the metro stop. The breakfast was good. The room was a little small but pretty good quality. It was a little noisy at night. And the immediate location isn't all that great, as there are a few strip clubs in the area (or excellent if you're into that....).

Only two negative comments:- wireless was chargable & no tea & coffee making facilities

Good food, small room. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice as much as you could eat. The room was substandard in side, yet the quality of the bed was good. The room itself was too small, especially for a 4-star hotel, and the bathroom was also tiny with a poor shower. I would go again but it was a little out of the way, however imagine that it was a budget hotel and you will not be too disappointed. For the money, it wasn't bad at all. I just expected more, it did however offer safe car parking for a nominal fee of 15 Euros.

Good value for a Vienna breakWe arrived at the hotel for our one night stay via the metro from the train station and it was easy to find and just a short walk. We later discovered the tram which runs right outside the hotel! The reception staff were friendly and helpful, ringing for a restaurant booking and suggesting another as the first was fully booked. The room was on the main street, but we were not aware of any traffic noise and the bed was very comfortable. (Having travelled by train from Istanbul, any 'real' bed would have been !)The breakfast buffet was excellent and there was plenty of choice for those wanting just a light breakfast or those wanting the full cooked breakfast. The day of departure the hotel guarded our bags for no fee and we collected them at 6pm for the next leg of our trip. The hotel is ideally placed for travelling in to the centre of Vienna, with a tram running right outside the hotel. We found the stay very good value for money and would no doubt return to the hotel for a longer break.

Hotel was easy to find and very close to the metro. The food was amazing - best breakfast i have had yet in any of the hotels, and the hotel was very nice. Only downside was that free wifi didnt work, but the desk did give me a cable and i was able to hook up in the lobby. great deal for the price.

Only stayed here for two nights but was easy to find just down the road and round a corner from the underground.Underground is very good and this hotel is just minutes from the centre of Vienna if you use it. Great hotel for the money, not much else to say apart from we would have liked to stay longer.

This hotel has an excellent location with the tram stop only a few metres away it takes only 10 minutes to get to the city centre. Although the exterior of the hotel is rather plain, inside everywhere is newly refurbished, very clean and of good quality. We had a good sized room at the rear, very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was extensive and of a good quality. we were impressed with the efficient and yet friendly receptionists and would definitely use this hotel again.

Pleasant recently refurbished (2006) hotel, in a busy \"cheap - but safe\" street. Clean Room (but no view) and good breakfast. Tram stop right outside hotel, or just exit hotel, turn left 200M to the end of the street, left again and 100M to the Alserstrasse metro station (U6 line), 4 stops south to WestBahnhoff, and then take U3 to Stephensplatz. About 20 minutes \"door to door\". Taxi fare from airport was 40 Euro's. On the way home just used the VienaCard which is good for three days travel, and paid a 1 Euro supplement for the Airport being out of zone. You could do the same getting from airport to Hotel. Enjoy.
