Location of HotelWas sometimes noisy in the evening as there were several bars along the very busy main road. Very convenient for the Grand Place which was about 5minutes walk away.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Just a few minutes walk from the Grand Palace and Manneken-Pis. It is only a block away from a metro station and two stops from the Midi train station. But that is where it stops. On check I was told the AC was broken and would not be fixed till Monday. Not the fault of the hotel, apparently no one in HVAC works the weekends. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The house keeps staff wither needs to learn to read or pay attention to the do not disturb sign, as someone tried to enter my room at 9 am. The desk staff seemed indifferent to me being there and bothered by my questions about how to get places. With enough prodding they did give me correct directions. There are a few other hotels in the area. I would book this one only as a last resort.

Not very close to Eurostar or the Grand Place. Newly refurbished but the designers forgot that big empty marble courtyards carry sound. In my room I could hear every word spoken several floors below in the lift and breakfast room area. If you are a light sleeper avoid the hotel.

Room with a view!Do I need to say more? If I am a tourist to your city and have limited time available, please put me up in a room with a view. This will make a huge difference in deciding where I shall put up next time.

Very centrally located. Walking distance, actually, to either of the three "Gares", if not too heavy luggage. Nice and effective for a business traveller like myself.

Poor value for money, room very small and not particularly well furnished. Room had at least one electrical fault which could electrocute somebody (wires hanging from a lamp fitting). The bed had “plastic” undersheets which are impossible to sleep on. The biggest problem however was the that the heating in the room could not be adjusted, the temperature of the room must have been approaching 30 degree’s Celsius which made sleep almost impossible, the room also had under floor heating which could not be adjusted. Overall a very poor hotel, the only positive feature is that it’s “reasonably” close to the train station (about a 10 min walk) – take my advice book a different Hotel.

Noisy room on the street with insufficient air conditioning meaning that windows had to be left open. Terrible breakfast with watered down fruit juice, barely warm scrambled eggs and bacon, poor selection of croissants etc. for €13.00

Great 4* hotel, which looks and feels new. Lacked some services (no room service or tea/coffee making facilities in the room), however got an excellent rate through laterooms.com so was definitely fantastic value for money. staff were really friendly and is in a great central location:

Good location, and a very clean modern style. The airconditioning was too warm and there were some teething issues with the reservation (smoking vs. non-smoking) but overall a good place.

This hotel was VERY basic with no tea or coffee facikity in thebedroom, beds also very hard we had no out facing window.

Hotel acceuillant.Calme et bien sité.La vue depuis les chambres n'est pas super, mais ce n'est pas ce qu'on attend de ce style d'établissement!J'y retournerai si l'occasion se présente.
