Eurogroup Domaine de Messanges is made up of 12 individual villas with heated private swimming pool (8x4 metres) and private garden, and 16 semi-detached and single-storey houses with a shared swimming pool.

Near the Étang de la Prade (pond), Moliets golf course, and a few minutes walking from the centre of the village and the beaches, the Domaine de Messanges is also close to numerous hiking trails and bike tracks.

Each apartment has a living-room with sofa bed, satellite television, DVD player, kitchen well-equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hotplates, extractor hood, oven, microwave, bathroom, shower, washing machine, tumble drier, covered terrace with garden equipment.

Duplex House with 3 Rooms - 6/8 People (CDF) - The houses have an area of 70m² and feature:
- A living room with one sofa bed.
- Two bedrooms with one double bed or 2 single beds.
- A cabin with bunk beds.
- A bathroom with bath, a shower room and 2 separate toilets.

Some houses have easy access for the disabled. In those houses, the toilets are in the shower room and bathroom.

Villa with 3 Rooms & a Mezzanine - 8 People (EDF) - The villas have an area of 100m² and feature:
- A living room with one sofa bed.
- Two bedrooms with one double bed or 2 single beds.
- A mezzanine with one double bed or 2 single beds.
- A bathroom with bath, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets in most of the villas.
- And a private swimming pool.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

EUR 0.31 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
