Sleeping area is cramped as compared to the living room space. Bathroom plumbing was poor - shower did not operate properly and was painfully noisy. Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Eggs were cold, bacon was non-existent. Location was good and the place was clean. The carpets, however, looked like they needed either a good cleaning or replacing.

Convenietly located, amenities wereexcellent, clean andhelpful staff. Restaurant food. We thought this was an excellent hotel to stay in and would stay again.

Stayed on business and got in late....they stayed open so that we could have dinner and treated us well at the bar. The room was very nice and comfortable and was clean and roomy. I would reccommend to business travelers.

Excellent front desk staff. No courtesy coffee in lobby. Comfortable bed, clean, nice size bathroom, nice lobby.

The Ethan Allen Hotel was very comfortable, the room was quite adequate with a desk area and desk chair, a comforable sitting chair, cable tv service, and adequate lighting. The air conditioning unit made sporadic rattling sounds during the night and did not cool adequastely. I would have preferred a bathroom separate from the vanity area. Thje bathroom had a sink with a long counter and a hairdryer handing from the wall that provided a night light. There was adequate space for hanging clothes in the closet. They provided one suitcase stand. We could not get the wireless internet service in our room to work with our laptop computer. The hotel location was very convenient to the people we were visiting.

Bed was very comfortable andtoiletries were upscale. The location was convenient & we were able to check into the room early to get changed for the wedding.

The internet never worked. The cleaning staff removed (lost) 2 of the babies bottles. This hotel looked okay but the staff was not helpful, and the rooms are not sound proof enough. We heard everything in the room next to us. There was a wedding or some other kind of party going on so there were a bunch of drunk people that we had to walk through with our children both Friday and Saturday nights as we came back to the hotel. I was disappointed.

Spacious. The Shower diverter did not function properly. For the price it was "acceptable".

Clean and well lit. Not enough TV stations. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Danbury area.

The receptionist was very friendly and quite helpful. The wireless internet was not working, which presented some challenges for me given the nature of my trip. Very nice place with very good service - just make sure to fix that wireless! I'd be glad to stay again.

Neat and spacious. Nothing. Stayed for few hours. Positive experience and friendly staff.

It was convenient to family, and very clean. The carpet was a bit dewy when we first arrived, but with the air on, it was dry by morning. Although we didn't utilize all the facilities and services, this hotel and its staff was extremely accommodating.

Nothing. A/C was too noisy, drapes didn't close.

It was very clean. For Ethan Allen, the rooms were very poorly decorated and not deserving of the high star rating. This hotel was average. My brother stayed in another hotel in Danbury with a lower star and that was much nicer. For being next to the Ethan Allen headquarters, one would think that the rooms would be decorated nicely. They were average to sub-par. They were very clean and the staff was friendly.

Nice pool, but small. Floor in room was wet, bathroom floor was sticky. The lobby and public areas of this hotel were very nice. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. The room was average - I guess I expected more with the Ethan Allen name attached to the hotel. The carpet in our room was wet when we arrived and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. Furnishings were worn, I expected something a little nicer. The pool was nice - but very small. There were no easy entry stairs, just the ladders that went right in. The depth of the pool started at 4, so it was difficult for my 3 year old to get in & out. We ordered room service for breakfast. It took a long time for it to arrive and the food was below average. The waffles and French toast were tough to cut and tasted old. My hot tea tasted like coffee. All in all it was an ok stay, but I probably won't stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was spacious and attractive. The exercise room's weight equipment was not adequate nor was the space large enough. I would definitely stay here again since the rooms are attractive and clean. The location is convenient and the hotel itself lends a uniqueness that you do not find in chain hotels.

They gave me a room on the first floor. I wish they had an indoor pool. This is the second time I stayed here and both experiences were excellent. I had move to another hotel in Ridgefield, CT because of a family event. It was 3x more money than the Ethan Allen. I would have much rather stayed at the Ethan Allen.

It was clean and comfortable and really beautiful furniture. The TV terrible selection of stations. Overall very nice.
