friendly staff just a quarter block away from a great avenue walking distance to good restaurants shoping area and great catholioc church with a very lively square...arts crafts pigeons....and more

Overall this hotel is great. Cannot complain about the staff, room, or location. However, the hotel contact information listed here on orbitz.com (or in the colombian directory) was wrong. We tried calling every single p# listed online or in the directory (to confirm our reservation) with no luck. We finally decided the call a different hotel and they were able to give us the correct phone number. This is my only complain.

overall it was a pleasant stay, the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a quiet residential area but easily accessible to all locations. The food they serve their is nothing to write home about and the gym is a room with a treadmill and a stationary bike, not much.

The Suite Jones Hotel was very comfortable and clean,but the most important was the service,all the staff was very nice and friendly.

Felt like home. Friendliness of the staff is amazing. Location and upkeep of the property excellent. Newly renovated, very modern. Will return gladly. Looking forward to it.

1. They charge you for things that are usually provided by the hotel such as bottled water, shampoo, body cream etc. 2. They offer to call you to catch your flight and they forget. I almost lost my return flight. 3. NO taxi available to go to the airport at 4:30 am. I had to run to the main avenue to get one. They have promised to have a cab at the door by the time of departure 5. Food was expensive and of little quality. 6. altough the room was large, it lacked enough lamps, chairs. It was not cozy by any means. I would not recommend it to my friends.
