The Sorrento Cooking School was born in April 2004 from an idea of Raffaella DEsposito who has been running the Giardino delle Esperidi during the past 10 years.
The school offers one-day and multi-day hands-on cooking classes as well as all inclusive packages that are offered year round from a minimum of two to a maximum of 15 participants.
The classes are based on menus of the traditional Italian cuisine, with a particular emphasis on Neapolitan recipes.
