Esk Apartment offers homely comfort for families, couples, executives, catering for 6 people. One bedroom is furnished with a luxurious queen sized bed, while the other bedroom contains 2 Queen Anne single beds, all with electric blankets. Additional accommodation is provided with a double sofa bed and a single fold out bed is also available. The kitchen is equipped with full cooking facilities, allowing you to prepare home cooked meals or you could wander to the nearby shopping centre for the no cooking option. The spacious lounge/dining area is well heated and has entertainment facilities and the apartment has its own laundry, including clothes dryer and washing machine. The bathroom has a large shower with a child¿s bath base. Tea and coffee making facilities await your arrival. As well as a garage, there is an extra car space if required. It is located on the first floor and the stairs are wide and well-lit.

Sit at the dining table and enjoy panoramic views of stately gardens through the glass door, or move onto the private balcony for tranquil relaxation with a good book or even a good drink! Launceston offers many fine restaurants and shops, several within walking distance, or stroll to the bus stop for a quick ride to the city centre.

Launceston is located 15 minutes drive from Launceston airport, (80 minutes from Devonport ferry terminal). From Launceston airport, travel into city centre, then head east along Brisbane St. to the corner of Elphin Road and Dowling St. (entry off Dowling St.)

There is a garage with an extra car space if required.
